I love this place! The people are amazing. But honestly the pay at first was great! They would give you bonuses and the pay was good. Now for over a year the bonuses have been taken away and they keep lowering what we get! Right now it’s $40 for the first donation then $75 for the second donation. I can’t go to the Plasma Center in Kennewick but I bet they have better prices! But I do love the people here! I changed from a 5 star to a one because of the money you get each time. If I didn’t need the money I wouldn’t go.

The staff are quite competent. If you’re planning to spend an hour reading a book, listening to something, or watching something, why not spend that hour at BioLife plasma in one of their comfy donation chairs while they collect some life-saving plasma (that your body can easily replace) and make some extra cash while you’re at it. I don’t want to name names and leave anybody out, but Charity took care of me today and I barely felt the needle.

I’ve been going to this facility for a good year now and have had a lot of experience with workers but the one worker that stood out to me most was named Madison. I only worked with her once but the last time i donated, I had a bad experience and I was nervous about donating again, but she reassured me and helped me through the process. You could tell she really cared about her job and the people who donate, and that kindness didn’t go unnoticed by me. I’ll definitely be coming back here and I hope to find another worker who is just as kind as she was.

Went in for a donation today and was moved through the screening process very fast and with very little wait time. Both gentlemen screening were very positive people and made me laugh. I had a few hiccups during my donation but the technician Mickey was very patient and attentive throughout the process and I enjoyed chatting with him. All the staff here are really great people that make me feel welcome and safe in their facility. Best place to donate.

I was donating since back in May when it was still $90 and $100 every other time I drive an hour today to come in to receive $40 that I did not get because apparently my pulse rate was too high the lady said she was supposed to make me wait for 5 minutes let my pulse rate come down she only gave me like 3 minutes and then tells me that I can’t donate I have to come back tomorrow. I just drove almost an hour from Toppenish Washington to get here which takes me $20 in gas round trip to get told I cannot donate because my pulse rate is too high I asked if I could be able to sit down for 5 more minutes and they denied me. I’m absolutely horrified that you would number one only give $40 for our time and energy but also our life force and then to be turned away when I’m trying to help out sick people and make enough money to fix my car that is broken I’m done good luck to you all this company needs to pay more for giving plasma takes me $30 in groceries the next 3 days just to recover from it. Not worth it I hope there’s still enough people out there donating to help sick people but not me anymore done. Please pay people more to donate in the future they’re worth it.
