I have been donating for almost over 5 years. I have been off and on the last few years but recently I have truly enjoyed going. In the past, the process would take over 2 hours and management would just be hiding in the back not helping during rushes. I stopped for a bit and came back a few months ago and I must say it has been great! All the staff has been awesome and great to chat with. The process is within an hourish if not a little longer. Super grateful to enjoy coming in again to donate.

This place is okay for what it is. They are definitely understaffed and you can tell. The donation process was alright. The phlebotomists did their best to accommodate my needs and get the needle right the first time. I had some sharp pain shoot up my arm the first couple times. They were able to adjust accordingly though. The only reason I am giving a lower rating is because the pay is absolutely abysmal. To spend 40 minutes driving there, 1.5 hours donating, and the rest of the day with a tender arm and only receive $40 is kind of sad. When I first spoke to someone about what you get paid, they said that it was $80 per donation. These companies rack in millions of dollars. Please pay your donors more to make it actually worthwhile.

I wasn’t particularly happy about how I was treated in there and I’m not talking about the person I was talking to I’m talking about management. I’m glad that you vampires discriminated against me and that you didn’t poke me.

I have been donating for over two years. I started donating as a tribute to my Uncle Warren, he was one of the first in-care people to pass away from COVID-19. I kept up the donations after that as it became part of my social week. The staff at the Bellingham, WA site have always been caring and top notch. I would highly recommend anyone stopping by and donating as it is beneficial to them and persons in need of plasma based therapies.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Rogue is the best. Her name tag says Maya but I know my X-MEN characters when I see them.

This facility never seems to have the time to call back their patients. Their mobile application is ridiculous and won’t let you reschedule; even if you missed the appointment. Hope they have that fixed and they need to have receptionists!

Waste of time. I tried 3 years ago and I couldn’t cause of meds. Now I’m off them and tried again today and I get told “we need a letter from your doctor.” Like you couldn’t tell me BEFORE I wasted time, money and gas to drive a half hour up to the building? And something about “FDA guildines”. I’m sorry but if the bloodbank can take my blood and plasma without a doctor’s note and no problem then so should this place.

What I dont get… is that this company racks in money. 400+ million dollars in 2022. Yet their offers are steadily worse each week. The only time to go in is when they offer bonuses, but they won’t do that often. This week, they offered $115. Next week it will probably be even less. I passed my 450th donation. It will probably take me another couple of years to reach 500 since there is zero reason to donate. It is honestly not worth the absurdily long waits that you force your donators to go through due to staffing shortages.
