I’ve been going to donate plasma at this location for over 4 months now. I think there are great workers here and they do the best they can to work quickly even when it gets busy. Please be patient and understanding. There have only been a few times where they have missed my vein but that’s just because my veins are small and deep. Whole process usually takes 1-2 hours after the 1st time where it took me 4 hours. Ryan, Alyssa, Diana, and Shawna are the best here in my experience but everyone is very good too!

Many good people here, but do run across a few that need more training. Had been donating for 6 months then the wheels came off. Showed up for appointment and unable to register. Went to front desk which took me to see a nurse/doctor. Stated one of the floor people flagged me. Stated this happen to another person a couple of days earlier but nothing was wrong. However, that day I couldn’t do anything as that person called in. Gave a coupon for next visit. A wasted trip. The person I met with stated they didn’t see anything that would cause a non donation. Called and left message for person that flagged account. Got return call from person that flagged. Stated she spoke with nurse/doctor and now they see the problem. This person couldn’t even pronounce the word i was flagged for. She tried spelling it and struggled pronouncing. She said I would need to see their doctor to get cleared. I ask if I could see my doctor, which she stated no. After 10 minutes of asking why she then said. “Okay, but you’ll need to come by and pick the forms ups as they can’t send them. I’d still need to see their doctors”.

I don’t like blood or needles so donating plasma is already an uncomfortable experience for me, but Aliyah consistently does a great job whenever she takes care of me. She always does a quick and gentle stick which makes the experience so much easier! Whenever I have a chance, I will request Aliyah.

This donation center is by far the best. Super friendly and knowledgeable Dom explained how the process was going to work and made the first part effortless Vickie came up why I was waiting to get hooked up and made sure I didn’t have questions Jackie stuck me perfectly I didn’t even feel it and when I had no flow Ryan came super quick and fixed it with out having to switch arms just because I told him I was uncomfortable with using the other arm five stars thank so much y’all. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
