I honestly cannot believe that I got world-class customer service at a freaking plasma Bank. I love when the most unexpected things happen and as you know I am the customer service police anybody in Roseville who happens to come to this location if you’re lucky enough to be serviced by cinnamon you’re in for a special treat she could literally be Undercover Boss she talked about her employer with such Delight and fondness and it really really was a joy to see someone who actually not only likes their job but takes great pride in the way that they represent themselves and the company good freaking job girl keep it going

Yep… This is going to be a long one! The people here are what make this facility wonderful. I am always greeted with a smile (thank you Ellisa and Angie) and I’ve never met one person that didn’t make me feel comfortable being here. John Smith went above and beyond in getting me processed my very first time, what a great first impression of BioLife. Jamie was not only the most friendly and happy person to attend me but she also gave me so much information for my donation that I was excited to come back. I had the pleasure to meet Ryan, and I have personally named him “The Flash”! He earned this title by being very efficient every time I have dealt with him and one time I had a vein that was being difficult, and he was so fast to get me hooked up on my other arm with absolutely no pain, and I was still out of there lickety-split! Ryan is also very knowledgeable, and I enjoy him sharing his knowledge while giving plasma and attending to others. Kassandra and Ryan were a wonderful “team” she even found me the greatest squish ball. Amee, Megan, Jzahne, and Ale have all been so great. They give so much information about the process and make you feel comfortable. Sid and Alisha we’re the most attentive and friendly nurses. They get five stars from me. And on my first check out Bryan was friendly and addressed all my questions. BioLife in Roseville really does a great job and I’m thankful they care about HIRING people that CARE!!!!☺️ Because it really is the people that make ALL the difference. I have also dealt with the management here and they really do care, Anthony was more than willing to listen to my concerns and handle my requests. The most important thing to remember is that they are giving a service to us. Therefore, they should be treated with respect just like they give us respect. #truth

Sep. 16 the male technician in zone red needle poked 4 people who were all in line behind me after I waited for the bed for 45 minutes and in the bed for 20 minutes When I brought up the wait he said “that’s normal” and that “it’ll be a few more minutes” while I’m watching people who walked in behind me start their donation.

Had a great experience as usual! Meghan did my intake today. She is always such a pleasure to talk to! She always has a smile on her face and makes me feel welcome. Ryan hooked me up to the machine. He was talkative, friendly, professional and attentive. He makes things fun with his conversations. And I barely feel it when the needle goes in when Ryan is at the helm! One of the best when it comes to having a nearly pain free experience! Great staff all the way around

Staff was super friendly and thorough. Facility was clean, all the equipment looked like it was in good condition too. They were very busy but still provided great service & answered all my questions. I also really appreciated how quickly they came to my aid when I became quite ill. I was embarrassed but they were really professional about it and made sure I was a-ok before sending me on my way (tip: eat way more than you think you need before donating).

I have been coming Biolife for a few months. The staff is always amazing, friendly and informative. The process is easy. Today Kirti checked me in, she greeted me with a smile, worked efficiently and was super friendly. I have been checked in by her before and I always feel lucky when she is who I get as I trust her. I wish I could remember the names of more of the staff as there are some great people working here.

Overall, I’ve had a good experience here. I think I’ve donated 15 times or so. The employees are really pleasant and try to make the experience as smooth as possible. You might get a new employee once in a great while, but there’s someone more experienced close by to help them when necessary. I dont remember all the names, but Kirti is always really nice. There are many more.

Yogesh(Yogi) Prasad is amazing! I have a fear of needles but due to his calm, relaxing manner he always puts me at ease. He is very nice and patient. If I am nervous he comforts and reassures me. If i have questions he always takes time to answer them thoroughly
