Overbooked but still fairly quick most days but the last 2 tech I had drawing from my right gave me very large bruises I never had yhat happen on my left arm both were in a rush and not really paying attention. Will not be coming back not worth the trouble and understaffed issues to even attempt

To the Owner and Medical personnel, please be sure all staff are calm and not rushing. Making use the machines are ready and not rushing the set up. I have gone several times and have noticed bubbles coming from the machine. I have to adjust my tunes near my arm to make sure none entered. I did have an incident where one was successful in entering my body. I feel some of these machines require Maintenance and need to check schedules for donations and when it is understaffed. This will cause a problem later on if looked at. Beawer of air bubbles. This is not a joke, donate at own risk.

Skip this place. Their new donor offer is impossible to complete. They give you 30 days to complete 8 donations, but two weeks after my first appointment I’m still waiting for my test results back to be able to donate again. Can never get anyone on the phone and I’ve left 3 voicemails with no return call.

Everyone here was real nice and professional. They explain everything and Happy to answer all my questions. The process is simple. The place is very clean and well maintained. I would of given a 5 star review but the only issue is it took almost 5 hours to complete my 1st donation so be prepare to clear ur schedule the 1st time.

Very disappointed. Went in today, I made this appointment A WEEK out as that was the only time listed for new donors, I get down there just to be turned away. My last name had gone through a change and not everything is changed over fully, yet I brought an ABUNDANCE of evidence and proof that I was me. From my ID, to bills, my social security number listed on 3 items, I brought ANYTHING and EVERYTHING that showed verification. The front desk person shut me down no if ands of butts. He said “because we don’t know if that’s really you”. Really? I let him know out of the 3 different donation centers I’ve been to the last few years in this town no one required me to provide a document on WHY I changed my name, on TOP of all the other items showing otherwise. he then told me to “go to those centers then”. Absolutely disappointed. I wasted time, gas and energy for nothing. I was really looking forward to becoming a donor for this company too…

Everyone is friendly and this place is very clean. My complaint is how long I wait with an appointment. They overbook. I’m usually in and out within 2 hours. When I signed up they said 1 hour is the average time. The other day it took 2 1/2 hours. When I say how long, I am speaking of the time I walk in and out their door. The donation process itself is only about 25-30 minutes.

If you have hours to waste, this is your spot!! Even with an appt you are waiting over an hour to get in the chair, and then a wait in the chair for someone to get you started, and a wait to get disconnected. I come regularly and its perfect for those who have time time.
