Always a great experience at the Corona facility! The staff are very friendly. Julie is amazing. Lani the nurse is the sweetest. Always checking in with the donors to make sure things went well through the donation process, always has a smile and very outgoing. Donating Plasma is a great way to help people in need and get an incentive while doing so.

The whole staff is very friendly and explain everything to you so you understand the whole process clearly. The nurse Lani made the experience memorable! She educated on me on how to be successful in donating here and did so in a caring way that feels motherly. She even checked in with me during my following appointment. Great Experience here!

I did my first donation a few weeks back and it seemed very straightforward and friendly. however the power went out wile my blood was being taken. I understand I can’t donate again for 8 weeks for safety reasons however it was my first donation and there was a bonus for receiving 800$ for your first 8 donation. It only lasts for 1 month after your first visit but due to a facility problem of the power running out I am unsure if I can still claim this offer. I spoke with staff who said they can talk to a manager to work something out but I was never told anything and everytime i try to call them the phone line is always busy. Hopefully someone can reach out from this review. I’d love to come back and donate again however the customer support I have received so far has not been welcoming.

This location is amazing! Lani, the RN, is very caring. I’ve had a reaction during a donation. It felt terrible and it was scary, but Lani came right over and gave me extra fluids and snacks to help me recover. She educated me on what I could do differently to avoid getting reactions and I took her advice and never had a reaction after that. She truly looks out for her donors. She’s by far the best nurse at BioLife!!!

Eli Morales is extremely professional. Her bedside manner was amazing. She had pressure on her and did not bend fold crack or crease. I had previously a bad experience with needles and she was not fazed at all. Her poise put me at ease and I was able to relax and save lives. Cannot say enough good things about her and the nice lady who stabbed my finger to check my iron.

Lani made my first experience feel pretty chill, she’s nice and friendly and so are the staff. If you have to choose between any locations. I’d recommend this one. Appointments only, very fast and relaxing. Bring a sweater. Lol
