Staff here are liars.. like for reals. One of the staffs there said that I grabbed her hand and made her feel uncomfortable. It was then brought to my attention days later when I walked in the facility to try and make an appointment. They said I couldn’t because of that reason then they said that they would investigate. When I called back and asked about that investigation I knew then that there was no investigation done, just a conclusion to their behalf. “Rafael” the manager that I spoke made that decision. I will now be contacting corporate to fill a compliant and hope for that facility and employees there to be under investigation.

The staff are very nice and professional and thel Area is clean. I really like the Moreno Valley office. The only problem is when your finished with my donation sometimes I have to wait 30-40 to get wrapped up so I can go. So, definitely ves 5 stars and A++.

I come often. Unfortunately, this last time I was sent to a section with only one chair available. I didn’t sit down because there was blood on the seat. It was way too much to be iodine and the armrest was missing, making me think it was taken to be washed. I was told by the tech to sit down. I asked her if it needed to be cleaned and she responded with “I just got here” and then went to grab a cleanser. What if I sat in someone’s blood per instruction of the staff? I was then told to go to a different section. My new chair had a drop of what I hoped was iodine on the armrest and when pointed out, the staff gladly cleaned it.

After signing “mandatory” consent forms, I asked what is the promotion for new donors. They told me that the promotion they are running is for $650. I was looking forward to earning the $850 but it is different for every branch. After waiting for a good while I decided that it wasn’t worth going through the donation process so I walked up to the desk and I told them to cancel my appointment, and I asked if they were to throw away the consent forms I signed. They couldn’t give me an answer. Which I have every right to know where my signature is going to if I did not do anything there besides sign and sit.

First time here, staff was friendly. But they deferred me cause I have tattoos near the puncture site on my arm( which I have donated in the past before with the same tattoos. I felt discriminated against! All my tattoos are older than ten years! It’s just crazy how I donated in the past and now it’s not okay. There are breaks in the wave to stick me which I thoughtfully planned for when getting this tattoo in 2004

PLEASE READ! They are temporarily closed and so any appointments you have for this location will be a waste of time!! Drove 45 minutes to do this and not a single person had the decency to call. I thought professionalism part of the job? I saw 6 other people come in for their appointment that walked away angry and disappointed.

I’m not basing this review off of my own experience but for my boyfriend. he went there and the lady working on him messed up his arm pretty bad. he had a lot of blood coming out of his arm. neither of us have her name but she was rushing to get off from work and in doing so messed up him up.
