My experience here has been amazing. I enjoy every staff member at this location and have connected with just about everyone here. But I’d have to say catelyn, daisy, and Shelly B truly are a blessing. Not only are they helpful and professional, but they also have the greatest sense of humor. It’s always a good laugh and great vibes when I see them even if they are having an off day. Please take care of them because these types of employees don’t come around often. Thank you ladies for all that you do as well as the bio life staff. Highly recommend coming here for donations.

I go here to get extra money for gas and groceries the wait can be over an HR overall you’re there for 2hrs. It’s nice and clean but it’s not something you should do constantly. It takes alot of your energy and process can be painful.

Ive been going to BioLife for my plasma donations and it has been great. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating, especially to one of the best technicians there, Catelyn and Joy, they always greet the donors with a smile whenever they’re helping out around the clinic. The wait time has decreased significantly since I first started donating, and we have the great staff to thank for that. Overall a great donation center with very kind technicians.

Genuinely not worth your time to donate at this facility unless you can get in first thing in the morning. Otherwise your wait time will be upwards of 2+ hours.

I have been coming here a few times now and the techs in the front are great and fast. Once you get to the beds my issue is the techs that should be working are too busy having a conversation non work related and machines are going off bc people are done yet they leave you sitting for an additional 10-20 min with that needle stuck in your arm. Today several techs would not acknowledge me and i sat a good extra 20 minutes when they know they heard my machine was done. Then when the lady walks over she acknowledged the latino girl whos machine had just started beeping instead of me. Then the girl told her i am first and i said to the tech ive been waiting almost 20 minutes. She didnt bother to say im sorry or anything. Instead she said something in spanish to the other tech and they both started laughing. This is not good buisness and i feel discriminated against. Im going to start going to a different center if the techs are going to treat african american people so poorly.

I personally had a great experience as a first time donor. I recommend making your appointment very early in the morning. As a first time donor, expect to be there for up to three hours may be less because of registration, questionnaire, physical, and donation. After your first visit it’s should be quick depending on how busy it is. The staff I found to be friendly. I would recommend this place over CSL plasma. As far as the money, I was offered as a first time donor $500 for 4 donations or $650 for 8 donation. After that it is $40 per donation for the first two in a week and $75 per the next two after that. So if my math is correct, considering you donate twice a week as they allow you to that is $460 a month. Easy extra money in my opinion.
