The staff at this center are very nice and welcoming but that’s basically the only good thing I have to say about it. The center is way understaffed, wait times are too long, daycare area is being used as a waiting room. Staff not changing out their gloves between donors, I never see the patient waiver machines being sanitized, more than half of the facility being unused where more machines and staff could be. I love being able to help but it’s not worth the hassle or time anymore.

5 stars for Lillianna! She is one of the best techs they have she is fast, efficient, nice and she deserves an appreciation post..! She really values people’s time and their comfort. She is super friendly always has a smile on her face and makes your time donating fun. As far as the other techs.. 1 star.

Came to donate, it’s a Tuesday and it’s kinda packed. They used to have 5 sections but, for some reason they reduced the numbers of beds and their sections. They only have 2 sections, a total of 24 bed. I tried to give them another chance since last mid to they had. My appointment was at 535, I came in early to do the questionnaire. Got my vitals done around 550 and after a long while got into a bed by 635. They forgot about me, and kept sitting people around me. They kept DCing people and setting other people’s machine up. The girl to my right was seated 8 minutes after me. Josh was kind enough to ignore my presence and set up a patient to my right and have a cool enjoyable conversation with her like they were buddies. I assumed beds were numbered to help the workers keep track of order or least patients. After he was done he left and didn’t come back. After the second patient (seated after me) was fully set up (by Christian, I believe) and started donating was when this nice women voiced her dislike of my treatment as they started to set her machine up. She was almost the 3rd patient seated after me that would’ve been taken care of before myself. It was only at that moment that they started looking into my labels and tried to find out what was wrong. Somehow my labels were never printed. Somehow they asked the people after me and didn’t misplace their labels but, mine were lost in the Ethernet.

Staff is nice, most are professional and occasionally things go relatively smooth and timely. However lately it’s been just way too understaffed and overcrowded with hours long wait times. I can’t spare hours to wait for a procedure that should take an hour and a half at the most. I’ve had to stop going because of this issue.

Thank goodness for Lili, Rob and Ms. Kelly! Surely there are others who collectively do a great job. These, individually, have earned recognition and praise for a majority of donors to memorize and look forward to seeing at each visit.

Staff is rude and provide misinformation. They will waste your time. They think they are superior to the DMV or IRS, which I had documentation from both with a Valid DMV printout and my address from a IRS letter and they did not accept it. Didn’t know BioLife was superior over the IRS or DMV lol but I guess they are. Please stop having children do adults work.

I love the staff but I’ve heard they are cutting their hours which isn’t right. If they paid donors more like they used to, more people would donate. Depending on when you go, you may be waiting in lines for hours or in and out. They are paying less over time. For example I got $20 then $90 when they first opened up then $40 then $60 each week.

Understaffed, seems like all new staff that doesn’t know what they’re doing yet mostly. Not the most friendly. I was going to rialto before, they’re way better. Switched over here because they open later, but not loving it. Never bruised after the first visit in rialto for 4 months. Came here and bruised twice. Now they just banned me for several weeks because my protein was 0.1 too low. Employee gave me false information on the phone, left out other information, and no one answers phones there or calls you back. horrible!

I had a wonderful experience at this facility and it was all thanks to Lilianna. I’m not fond of needles but with the help of her light hand I didn’t feel a thing. I have had bad experiences getting blood drawn or just experiences with needles in general, so I was naturally a little nervous like always. But Lilianna did a great job and I would advise you to ask for Lilianna when you visit. Overall, had a great experience and would recommend this donation center. 🙂
