I’ve been donating here for nine months. I tried out CSL because it was 10 minutes. Closer to home and absolutely hated my experience there so I came back here, Definitely worth the drive! The staff is so friendly they are trained to be really efficient and quick. I have not had one bad experience. Highly recommend!

My very FIRST TIME ever donating PLASMA! From start to finish, everyone was pleasant and kind and helpful. Sandy Irvine, was most kind and amazing and comforting. I couldn’t ask for a better nurse. She checked a few times and helped me grasp how everything worked and what to expect. This Facility was clean and again STAFF was incredible. Every encounter with every person smiled and even small talk was great. They know what they’re doing here at this location. I cannot thank you all enough. From start to finish I was smiling.

I donated four times about to be five. In line and thought since they work so hard and effectively I may as well give recognition. The staff is kind and don’t waste time. Never seen anyone mistreated. Customers always appear relaxed. It can take to to donate. First day can be four hours. All after up to 2 but have seen someone out in a hour. Nothing to do with staff. It is just the process.

Staff is really nice, they just take a really long time. I’m in the bed waiting for minimum of 20-25 min before anyone gets to me. But other than that nice staff, friendly, approachable, and clean.

Staff is really good and experience. I’ve been brusied once before which they told me about, but one of the recent times I have went it took me an hour to pump. Which I usually finish 30 min in and they moved the needle and just said it was a slow blood flow, so I was surprised to hear that but I just finished my donation. They were asking if it hurt and it didn’t but any other time I’ve been bruised didn’t hurt either. Two days later I’m bruised which honestly wouldn’t have mattered to me if the person would have just told me I was going to be so I could have treated it so that was pretty much my last donation.

Eveytime I show up at my appointment time and have to waste 45 minutes before getting jabbed, the appointment system is absolutely pointless. I’ve showed up only to sit and wait while other people who have later appointments and showed up after me get serviced first.

Kaitlyn is unprofessional and rude, never greets just sticks the needle in about 3 different times, she clearly needs more schooling. This is the second time I get her and I end up getting a hematoma every time by her.

Great place to donate. Very clean. I’ve had no issue there at all. Staff is great and friendly, especially Mayra, she goes over and beyond, very knowledgeable. Although sometimes I’ve had to wait to get my blood drawn, I’ve always prepared myself for a little longer wait time. Don’t expect to be in and out right away. But still giving them 5 stars because everybody there has been good to me.

Amazing place to donate, staff are very friendly they great you right away and give you a very big smile and they are very professional as well, I always feel relaxed every time I come here. they take their time to know you and treat you like not their patient.
