Been donating for about 8 months now. (2-4 x month) Staff is always very friendly. Some days and times are busier than others. I always set aside 2 hours. I really enjoy donating and being able to help others.

I love the staff. Everyone here is friendly and professional. I donate twice a week. Been doing it since April of 2023. A good way to make some side money with minimal effort. I do recommend, however, that you take an iron supplement if you’re a regular donor. Also, be in a high protein diet since if you are deficient in protein, you may not be able to donate otherwise. Lastly, stay hydrated. I recommend this plasma center to anyone.

I add an appointment at 2:30. I waited for 2 hours and 15 minutes just to be seen by a nurse for a physical before I left without being seen. When I told one of the employees that I had an appointment and had still been waiting for 2 hours, she laughed and told me that it will be a long time because they are understaffed. Not worth going to unless you have multiple hours to waste sitting around.

I completed the new donor bonus program just recently. it was incredibly easy and feels good to give plasma and get a little cash for it. I completed 8 visits, the initial visit I was greeted warmly by Lindy. She was so kind and accommodating. My physical exam was completed by nurse Brandy. She was thorough and efficient. Each plasma donation was swift and all the phlebotomists are so kind. The initial intake appt took about 2 hours total, each donation session thereafter took about 1 hour. I did go early in the morning each time. The facility is very clean and well ran. Thank you to the staff for making my experience so great! Everyone should do this. 🙂

Was great since it first opened. But staff has changed a lot. Service is going starting to go down hill. Most of the staff is still great. But I’ll start to go to other locations. New normal.

If you have a high resting heart rate don’t even bother going. It’s a waste of time and gas. I’ve donated several times, and half the time I get sent home because my heart rate is slightly too high. Plus they make my heart rate higher when the workers tell me to calm down and think happy thoughts lol. Unfortunately, after donating for a year, I don’t think I’ll be returning because of how many times I have been deferred.

Do not go here they waste your time I went to there website even answered there prescreening questions to where I was scheduled to do a physical and donate today well get there pass all there prerequisites to be told by some nurse that because I had a surgery almost 3 months ago and that I took a certain medication that they already cleared that I can take that they could not accept me as a donor what a bunch of crude please do not go through I went through spend all your time to be told no Just do not even waste your time here because they do not pay if you do not donate they also hurt there potential recipients because that one less donation that could have saved a life. It’s not about the money it’s about my time and how I was treated. These people need to be shut down

Great programs to incentivize and retain donors. Great educational process up front to ensure that you have no questions prior to your first donation. Great staff – particularly the nurse who thoroughly reviews your health history and educates you even further, and the phlebotomists who keep you informed about what’s happening every step of the way. And, I received my payment for my first donation before I even left the facility! It feels good to help people with my plasma, and I appreciate BioPlasma for showing their appreciation for my time and efforts that I’m taking to ensure I am a prime donor. (ie following all instructions, eating healthy, keeping properly hydrated, refraining from drinking alcohol, etc.) I definitely plan to continue donating at this facility.

Definitely a spot to invest towards and reap the rewards as you continue to donate. I have no issues with the staff on site but booking a date and time time on the application is difficult depending on finding a suitable date for yourself. Preparing for the donation could be a work if you have small veins like myself. The nurses and practitioners are there to assist you with your willingness to donate to a good cause for some extra gas money or food for the family. Everything else is good but the application for me is a downer. If your able head to your local bioplasma facility and give some to get some.

Super friendly staff and clean environment. Lindy, Taylor, Paula, Nury, Sabrina, Johanna, and many more are the sweetest people. Wish I could give 6 stars.
