First impressions were great. I only made it to the vein check though where the nurse decided to not actually check for veins and just assume that my tattoos cover every vein in my arm. Doing the actual check was was too much to ask I suppose. I have attached a photo of what took about 2 seconds to locate

This place practicing racism so here it..they continue not to place certain people in the system so today I had to resign Alot of paperwork then they did the whole search what your place looks like on the computer like stalkers then I was told to leave after they placed me in a line to go with the blood draw. So I’m in line ready to go she says wait I gotta see you home on the computer I say hold on here the rasisim and the tactics let me start to record them. After she called over the mex lady over she began to say are you record u said you know this from the last Post. Stop playing then she says your baned from coming back I said make sense..she say u gotta go I say give me my id I take it leave she intercoms the security. To know avail as I walk out I tell him there paging you man they need you.

I’ve been here twice now and the first time it seemed the nurse was having a bad day and now a second time and the nurse was nice but just put offish. Not sure why they make you feel like that. They keep asking me to do more paperwork and come back again. I think I’ve had my fill of this grumpy place!

Worst place to donate the staff is incompetent. This was my second donation and I told the technician before she placed the IV if I can have some more support on my arm because it doesn’t fully extend. And I would like to note that I do have range of motion and this wasn’t an issue upon the first donation. I even told her that if not, it’s not a big deal. All of a sudden 4 nurses appear asking me questions about my arm and telling me that I can’t donate anything today if I have pain in my arm. I told them I do not have pain and never said that. I told them it was an old injury where I dislocated my arm and fractured the elbow. But why do they need all the information? I told them I don’t have any issues I said I have no pain. For god sakes I was just asking for another pillow! And if they didn’t have one I said I was ok. No big deal. No they kept putting words in mouth and lying! Why would anyone want to go to a facility that lies and on top of that they don’t know what they are doing and proper communication If those nurses took care of me in the hospital I would run the other way. Do not go to this location it’s scary to know that this is how business is conducted.

It’s a straightforward, simple, and easy process to begin donating. The staff are all very friendly, attentive, and hardworking. The facility itself is notably sanitary and well-organized. I will continue to donate twice a week at this location as long as I can. Thanks BioLife!

I would come here and donate all the time. I know it’s a waiting process. I usually take around two hours, today I was sat down and waited around 20 minutes, and nobody came around my section to acknowledge me. I had to get up and ask some of the girls I saw in another section who was in charge in my side for me to get started And they just pointed out at another girl and said oh it’s just her. When it was three of them just standing in another section, so why couldn’t one of them just go to my section to take care of me? I ended up walking out and asking for the supervisor and told him that other people that were behind me were already donating well. I was still sitting down waiting for my turn. He offer me a VIP pass, which was nice from his part, but I would’ve asked one of the girls to just come and take care of me instead of getting a VIP pass for next time. I will not be coming back to this place and I’ll rather go to another location if I need to.

I have been coming here for approximately one year. My overall experience has been up and down with timelines. A few things I have noticed is that this facility goes through many workers on the floor and some times they are even understaffed. If you wish to spend about 3 hours in line then there will be no problem. The compensation is a hit or miss sometimes it is not worth the wait time. Today I waited for 3 hours as a returning donor.

Jasmine is the best phlebotomist in the land with perfect customer service. You can’t even feel her sticks in this ultra clean facility. This is my true happy place they’re always amenable cordial and clean they have brand new equipment and you’re in and out in no time all while saving lives across the land. I love that once you become a member you can go to any facility anywhere and you’re in the system as they’re extremely organized.

Well just like most reviews on here I will say they mismanaged their time pretty badly. I had a 230 appointment and I didn’t get my physical until 445 then with the hour or so donation and making 1st timers wait for 15 minutes after its now 630 and 2 hours longer than they had said it would take but for $150 its not the worst. So use my name and buddy900 as a promo code and you can cash in on your plasma too.

High unprofessional. This plasma center never answers phone calls or responds to donors. If there was an emergency while they were ignoring calls it might put human lives in danger. This seems like a high liability business and I don’t believe it is safe to donate at a center that won’t even return a phone call. Donate at your own risk because this location doesn’t have any respect for the people who keep them in business.
