I have no issue with any of the techs at large; they all are friendly enough while being overworked. When I used my promotion, it did work, but for the past month I have been trying to get them to honor the referral bonus for the person who referred me and they have done nothing. The first time, we came in to donate together and we mentioned the bonus and we’re told “oh yeah they’ll get it when you donate twice.” I thought it was odd that they didn’t seem to write any names down, or scan any QR codes (nor do they provide a referral link so your person can refer you via said link to make sure their account is at least digitally confirmed to have referred you). But I figured I would speak up again after my second donation. So I did… and another tech tells me rather dismissively “oh yeah they should definitely get it since it’s your second time donating.”

I started going to bio life last year. I took a small break cause I got exhausted, but I went back a month or two ago and glad I did. I love a the staff members, theyre always so cheerful n friendly. They don’t a great job keeping my mind off the needle when they’re ready to insert into my veins. Its truly a pleasure going into bio life. This is my 3rd time to this place and everything was find until one day I walked in and was feeling dizzy after donating plasma and asked for water and they told me I couldn’t have any since I wasn’t new to this place !! That it’s crazy how are you not going to give water to someone who isn’t feeling right and tell them that the water is only for new patients! I think since everyone is here to help each other is dumb how you will say they can’t give you water especially when you are feeling sick !

Staffing is good I did feel welcomed tho it was my first time there but other than that the compensation for new donor’s is $750 but reality is you get $90 right off the bat so you need to donate plasma 8 times to receive the $750 so you’ll receive two $100 two $95 and four $90 for the full $750 that makes 8 visits for plasma donation hope this helps for new comers for their first visit and understanding keep up the great work everyone

This place gives me a lot of problems ALOT . I ended early today because they couldn’t adjust the needle right they SAID I was going to get my $40 .. I ended up only getting $20 and I couldn’t get my $40 I told the main manager there that they shouldn’t be giving false advertisement SMH ….. Not the first time they give me problems. I’ve seen people also complain and all management does is make it seem like the people with complaints are the problem when reality is that they are very unprofessional the way they speak to you, getting rowdy before anything and already raising their voice at you before you can even finish explaining. Always excuses here management needs to be replaced with LEGITIMATE PROFESSIONALISM PROFESSIONALISM !AND NOT MISERABLE PEOPLE ! And PEOPLE THAT TAKE THEIR JOB SERIOUSLY

Shout out to Chris, Crystal, Jeannette, and the nurse who watched me in the station. I had a great experience at this location! The staff were all friendly and helped direct people to where they needed to go all while making sure everyone was healthy and safe. Also if you donate please make sure you follow every requirement and don’t fall short because it only affects your experience, and be honest and understanding! They’re only trying to do what’s best for each patients health
