I have made 5 donations at this location in the last month or so. I have never been as regularly disappointed and frustrated with a donation experience as I am with this location. Incredibly long wait times are just the beginning. Typically a quarter of the available beds are in use, maybe half on a good day. The screening staff also regularly wears the same gloves between patients. I asked one of the techs to change gloves on a visit for a clean set, to which I was told “it’s our policy to change when we get blood on them”. This is in complete contrast to any modern universal precautions regarding glove use. I advise all prospective donors to use any other site but this one, or donate at your own risk to your health.

Ashley was awesome ! Literally the sweetest staff member that stuck me gently. She was on top of her work and always made sure my donation went successfully. Although other of the staff were given her nasty looks, she stood her ground by always reflecting a smile on her face. This gal definitely needs to be recognized for her great work and service! very poor experience, long waits despite any scheduled appointment, multiple rude employees, sick employees blowing their nose and not changing gloves after sneezing repeatedly (of course not with face shield down) idk maybe take your blood to your local vampire- might be a better experience.

A very clean, nice and new facility! The staff is friendly, courteous and professional! Never once had a bad experience.. Michele is the first face you see upon entering and she couldn’t be friendlier or nicer! Always wearing a beautiful smile and knowing you by name soon as you enter! She’s the best!

So I’ve been coming here the last few weeks and they’re is so much lacking with in the donor area. They take forever putting people in empty beds.The lines are long regardless of appointment and they don’t have a separate area for new donors. so they keep putting the new donors in front of the line where the line has been waiting for an over an hour already. There has to be a better way to do this.

So let me start by saying this location is very nice and very welcoming from Michelle front desk who took the time to learn my face and greet me by my name and always greets everyone with a smile to GG the plasma tech who is very friendly and hospitable every time I come in to donate they make the donating process even more pleasant. I donated here like 8 times. Every visit required an appointment, if your appointment was at 4, don’t expect to start your donation till 5-5:30. SOME of the staff look and act straight outta high school, super unprofessional around doners. I’m a medical Marijuana patient, after telling them that they made me leave the center and wait outside in 108° weather, I was upset but understood they have policy and procedure they had to follow, what upset me was that they wouldn’t let me tell my wife that I would be waiting for her outside, and when they approached my wife they told her I had been differed for “drugs” Every time your get stuck it requires an adjustment. I literally here the tech say “I can’t wait till the next pandemic so i could collect unemployment” if I had lost a family member during the pandemic I would have been very upset with that statement. This place is slow, unprofessional, and has probably the worst donor experience I’ve ever had at ANY of the donation centers in town.

This Biolife location is by far the best. All of the equipment is brand new and everything feels right. All of the staff is so friendly and supportive. Everyone is easy to talk to and everyone there is there to make sure you have the best experience possible. It usually isn’t too busy, but when it is, all of the workers try their hardest to get you in and out as fast as possible.
