The workers here are nice, but a bit complacent. They seem understaffed and overworked so that may be why. It took me at LEAST 5 times of coming in to actually donate because of their unprofessionalism and their understaffing.

Expect to wait -standing- (they removed all of the seating) for up to 2 1/2 hours after initial screening to even get to a donation chair!

Appointment times are improving – in the couple of years that I have been coming to this location I do think their most recent arrangements are helping to make the experience more fluid and efficient. I love the team, too!

Best paying for new donors. Short staffed so wait is long and even knowing that I continue to visit this center because of the staff. They keep their smiles going and provide exceptional customer service no matter how busy the center is. Thank you to Chris for helping out to reschedule an appointment for me.

Most of the time that you can be in and out an hour to 2 hours but lately it’s been 3 or more hours Not cool .They advertise an hour and I give them a little extra because life, but if it gets past 2 hours to 3 hours past 3 hours we should get extra compensation or schedule less people it is inconvenient for our time. We are trying to help the world with our plasma It should be easy effortless. Thanks. I love all the people here tho!

It should be shut down truly. I donated just 1 time in a month so you not getting the promotion bonus. You need to donate 2 times a week but you never are able to. Octoplasm on freemont much better then this and you can do your kiosk from app no appointments needed also. I’m going back to octoplasm. They budget there money at biolife so not a lot of people get to donate. Waste of your time people trust me..

Wait time seems deliberate, what’s the point of making an appointment? People that where sat down after me where attended before me. People are nice but very unorganized. I have a work meeting after donating plasma thankfully I’m able to come in a little later.

The wait is extremely long just to get to the donation process. They need more people working in the front. They seem to be overwhelmed, understaffed, and overworked. It is a very time consuming process. I’ve went to other locations and I’m never waiting long. This location on Maryland is close to me, but yet the most inconvenient. I hope it gets better soon.

Trash pay and lines, especially when you have an “appointment” which means nothing. Would not recommend unless absolutely have to or you live next door. Better places out there. Literally 3 sections open and 1 person working each, 1 person screening and not one person setting up machines, no one going around disconnecting people. Just all around a horrible experience. Whoever owns this location must be greedy to not hire more people. You can tell on their faces that they don’t want to be here, they don’t care about getting donors in and out, they just go at a snails pace and don’t care how long you there because they have to be here. Got 1 more time and I’ll be more than happy to never see this place again.
