Everyone is so friendly and greets you with a smile. From the front staff to the phlebotomists taking your plasma. Sometimes it gets busy and takes a little longer but I don’t mind it, it’s nothing crazy.

This will be a lengthy review. First day I went, everything was good, friendly staff, good nurses, and good technicians. Second day I went, things started out good, then at the end they got blood all over me when taking me off the machine. Third day I went back, everything was going well til, you guessed it, the end. The machine couldn’t return my red blood cells because for what I think the needle came loose during my donation. On the third day, I got dizzy and almost past out. I give props to their nurses because she did an excellent job taking care of me and didn’t panic. That same day there were a few other times it happened to other donors. One was so bad, they didn’t even want to move the guy. This place is scary. They have 5 or 6 technicians for 30 donors. The staff looked very stressed out, some which I think more training. Just an uneasy environment. Getting bad results 2 days in a row is not a good sign. Where do they find these people that put the needles into our arms. I will never let these people get anywhere near me with a needle again. The only bright spots of my visit were the front end people. The nurses are great, the people who prick your finger and take your vitals are nice. The wait times weren’t bad. I feel this company needs to be better staffed and have people who now what they are doing when putting needles into people’s arms. I know am scared to donate plasma after what I went through with those technicians. I will never return to this facility again. For people who are going to this facility, I hope you have better luck then I did. I might do it again in the future, but not at this place.

Facility is very clean and organized. Front desk Manny was very nice. My nurse Kristina was very courteous. I couldn’t donate due to a health condition and I appreciate her taking the time to explain why. Other places just say nope not qualified. Great staff there for those who can donate.

I have been donating for close to a year now. For the past few months I have been going twice a week. Most of my donations have been at this one but I have been to the location on Maryland as well as one in Denver. This is hands down my favorite location. Even though all of their slots are booked daily it is always a smooth flow. There has been one day that I had to wait after pre-screening but that was because they were short staffed as one of the techs mentioned it. Great place to donate plasma.

Never had a more horrible experience in my life when it comes to a business. Went a year ago for them to deny me because I had a hospitalizion for mental health reasons and they said I needed a doctors note if it’s been under 2 years. I went back today a year later and took an entire hour to sign up for them to deny me again and still say I need a doctor’s note even though its been 3 years now. They like to discriminate against you if you have mental illness. How does me being hospitalized 3 years ago affect my ability to donate and why couldn’t I be told before I wasted my time? The nurse also had a disgusting attitude. This place is a literal joke.

I really like donating at BioLife. It is a clean facility with nice top-of-the-line machines. Staff is usually pretty friendly. In the very beginning, the appointments were hard to come by and that was frustrating, however, now that I am an established patient, I can schedule 2 weeks ahead and it works out well. I highly recommend BioLife on Green Valley/Warm Springs

This is a clean location & easy to find. I’ve always had a great experience here with the staff. Nurse Kristina was phenomenal with helping me after two separate near fainting episodes. She is very kind, attentive and made sure I was ok to drive home safely.

BioLife is very hit or miss both in general and in a specific location…. I only would go to the location on Green Valley. As far as I’m concerned the other ones are so awfully managed that they’re not worth going to cuz you’re going to be there for 2 or more hours minimum… And that’s for a simple donation, not their physical and donation…. It’s a combination of what appears to be short staff staff that work slow and then a lack of proper sequence of events…. For example, the Henderson location. Typically I’m in and out for a donation about 1 hour. However, maybe twice a month that process takes over 2 hours… The other day when I went there after the screening I was giving the car to sit in a bed . .. at which point rather than connecting me to the machine, the woman spent quite literally 40 minutes cleaning and sanitizing the beds despite no one else coming to use them at the immediate moment…. And in my mind I couldn’t help but think why can’t this lady connect me to the machine now and then do that and someone else came and she connected them before me…. That is one of the most frustrating things is when you’re sitting in the bed and you wait 30 minutes to be plugged in or you wait 30 minutes to be plugged out… When the staff appear to be moving exceedingly slowly or appear to be doing things in a strange sequence…
