Deferred due to faulty machine whilst on a valid promotion. Lost a pint of blood that day. The lead technician assured the extension of the promotion. Alas, returned 8 weeks after, come to find out, I was lied to. So not going back.

The lines have just gotten longer and they just opened a new center? The visit is now over 3 hours and the pay keeps going down? If you’re a regular, twice a week donor, you should be rewarded more. Staff is nice though.

Truthfully I wouldn’t recommend I would go to CSL plasmas. They say there gna give 750$ but they set u up for failure. U must donate 2 in a week for promotion to be valid problem is as soon as I’m done donating I schedule another appointment problem with that is they don’t have one I. The same week which don’t make sense they’re setting u up for failure so my 100$ turned to 40$ because they didn’t have available appointments. I would go to CSL plasma they don’t do appointments..Highly do not recommend…

Overall great experience, love donating to help others! Staff is mostly all friendly & inviting, donating usually takes under 2 hrs. Not so great— definitely could pay more attention to the ladies bathroom. Seems to be neglected, & a dirty bathroom is a reflection of the business. Just a thought.

The staff is always amazing, the scheduling needs some attention. For example my appointment is at 0930 and I didn’t get to start donating until 1030. This makes it difficult for me to make future appointments without knowing how long I’ll need to set aside to donate. 2 hours seem like a long time .

Been coming here for a couple years for additional income and just because it makes sense geographically. Despite my hoping that the poor operation of this facility would change over time it seems nothing has changed at all. Appointments are pointless, you must go in expecting to wait two to three hours. Half of the dialysis machines are not being used at any given time while there are 20 plus waiting on a bed. It’s crowded, seems unsanitary and the phlebotomists or management couldn’t care less. No changes have been made to speed up the process as if they believe ‘they need the money, so they’ll wait’. Coming here should not be miserable. Today will be my last visit; go to CSL instead.

I had a very positive experience from the time of check-in to when my donation was complete. All of the staff I spoke with were helpful and friendly. This was my first time donating ever and the donation went smoothly. After the donation I had a medical emergency and almost passed out. The staff came to my aid immediately. I had four very caring medical professionals tending to me. They helped me get my blood pressure back up and stayed with me until I was able to leave and a nurse walked me to my ride. They were AWESOME. Received payment as promised. Yes there are wait times, but the key is to be patient and plan for delays. I myself can’t donate again, but if I could I would donate there.

The idea is cool but their execution is painfully slow. Understaffed every single time I’m in so a process that should take about an hour usually takes closer to two hours. Occasionally 2.5hrs. There is no rhyme or reason as to why the difference in time spent in the building and no staff ever has an idea why it’s slow or busy. Roll the dice and see how long it takes you

I have been going here for over 1 year now – was a CSL client before – this place is ALWAYS short staffed – wait in line for 1 1/2 hours to get a bed ! If you’re going to make us wait that long at least supply chairs and water
