I enjoyed coming to this location because it is very clean and the people helping you are very friendly and communicate well. They are understand that wait times can be frustrating but they communicate well on when you turn is coming and it helps put your mind at ease. I would like to acknowledge one special individual. Her name is Sonia, she works up at the front and she is always super kind and informative. She provides insight on your health and also helps you understand the process, while also making sure you feel welcome. She is very diligent. I know that I can trust her with my health. Overall i enjoy coming to this facility.

I’ve been donating for almost 3 years now. I was a blood donor for many years prior to plasma. My sister is alive and thriving because of plasma treatments and so I feel as though I’m helping those in her medical community to live a better life. This facility is always clean and the staff is very friendly. There are a few that I have come to know well over the years. Sometimes wait times can be long and other times I’m in and out in just over an hour. It just depends on the ebb and flow of when people line up for appointments. I never see any of the employees in slo mo. Whether there’s 15 people or 2 people in line, they are always working quickly and efficiently.

This was my second visit to this location. I had a 550 appointment. Waited an hour for vitals. At 730 was told they would be taking no more donors for the night. There were about 20 of us in line waiting. Very poor experience. They could’ve easily known at 5:50. They would not be able to take me and told me at that time.

Today when I walked in to donate, there was only one person working in the front, Sonya. As I got to my turn, Sonya was CLEARLY upset and hurt. I asked what was and she told me (Elena) just got done cursing her out, when she was asking her for some help up front, although I did not see the incident in the back. While Sonya is finishing me up. Elena comes out of the office in her scrubs walks by and gives Sonya a death stare/meanest dirty look and say you’re still alive aren’t you! In front of everyone. Sonya said can you please just stop. Whatever happened in the back I think needs to be addressed because the lines are long enough to be visibly seeing some of your staff not able to do their job because they were so shook up by this incident. I have never seen Elena before but I’ve dealt with Sonya quite often. She is always greeting me with a smile, soft spoken and very friendly and hard working. I wouldn’t have posted this if I didn’t see what I saw as Elena passed by and something to continue the drama and tension. Hope this insight helps the productivity in your structure.

Im in dental care and a phlebotomist myself, I experienced today my first time donating. I was there a total of 3.20 hours, however it was all necessary. Everyone was friendly and professional. I honestly didn’t have to wait long at any point. This facility does see a lot of people but overall they did an amazing job. Thank you

This is the second time I have given them a try and I am not happy the second time around either. It does not matter what time you schedule your time, just be prepared to wait up to 2 hrs for a bed to even open before you start to donate. They seem to be constantly short staffed. I hear the staff complain every time I go how they are on their 12th hr and will be doing the same thing the next day. I signed up with a coupon, but wont be able to complete it in time. The appointments are booked weeks out and you need to complete 2 a week for an entire month. So from the first appointment until your next, you are already disqualified for the bonus program. Im just not sure its worth going anymore.

The center is clean but be prepared to spend all day here. First donation took 4 hours for the entire process. I’m on my second now and have been sitting here for 2 hours and still not hooked up. There has to be a better way. Csl isn’t as clean but so much faster. Not sure I’ll be staying with this company. I don’t have the time to spend 4 hours here twice a week

The staff is very friendly and competent. The wait time varies but at time it exceeded 1 1/2 hrs and I find this unexpectable. In addition, I was cancelled after waiting over and hour.. I received a $50 credit to be split in 2 payments but that does not cover the loss. Then I was cancelled again and the credit was never added to my account and again, missed my second $80 payment. A little frustrating!

Everything about this place is pretty good but every time I get that short curly haired boy with the mullet, he’s so distracted by conversation and doesn’t care for how he handles the needle thus causing more pain than necessary. From the last 2 months I’ve donated here he’s been the only bad experience. 3 times he’s assisted me and 3 times it’s been horrible. Everybody else handles the needle with a lot of care. Not him.

I was in and out in an hour today although usually it takes a little longer. The facility is always clean, the staff professional and friendly, and that all contributes to my confidence and willingness to help others in need of the life-giving qualities of plasma. I’m just one of thousands who daily donate towards the better health of others. Consider joining us!
