They overbook for appointments, they never have enough people on staff and you will be waiting for longer than necessary in order to donate. The staff will pick and choose their friends to hook up to the machines, even if other people have been waiting significantly longer. They are simply taking advantage of people who need extra money to survive. If you actually want to make a difference your time and effort would be better spent anywhere else than biolife.

I just wanted to write a quick review about Trinity! She is really sweet to you and has a really nice personality. I also have some tough veins unfortunately, she has been able to poke me spot on! I think she is doing a really good job at finding the vein and sticking it! I have never had any problems with her and she does the best job every time I come in!

The staff they have are great however they are understaffed and over book and they send out texts and emails begging for people to donate but they won’t even open the day care so people like me actually can! They do great work and I would love to help more for my family and the people who need my plasma but it’s just too hard to always find a sitter

My experience was GREAT! The people were amazing and I was able to blaze a trail for future donors. Other than the first donation, which understandably is longer due to the screening process, I am able to get in and out of this place fairly quick. Maybe it’s because I pick slow times, but the new machines really make things go faster. If you do come at their peak donating times, be prepared to wait in a couple lines and plan for about 2 hours. I can’t remember my phlebotomists name, but they were extremely kind and very fast at their job even when the stress seemed to be piling up on the staff.
