I truly love that they are all so kind and gentle when taking care of you from the front house to the back house and even when you leave. The staff there are amazing men and women. I also love how clean they are with everything.

I just wish they would make it a little colder in here. I like to be cryogenically frozen but every time I leave the building I seem to be in the same century. The current -490 degrees Celsius is cozy but please crank it down to around -900 to -1,000,000 Kelvin so when I walk out of the building I get to see what St. George looks like in the year 3000. Biden will still be president because he obviously donates at BioLife but at least there will be flying cars that won’t run off of gasoline so I won’t have to come to this frozen pit of misery anymore to fill my tank. Thanks way in advance

If you’re a transgender individual stay far away from this place. I’m appalled how they treated my spouse simply for being trans. They won’t let you donate without jumping through ridiculous hoops. My spouse was trying to do a good thing by donating and is perfectly healthy. Apparently, Biolife sees being transgender as medical issue when it’s simply an identity. Do you think they would have turned away healthy cis person? I think not. Shame on you, Biolife. Shame. On. You.

Easy procedure but will take at least a half hour of waiting in line just to begin the process. Even though you schedule days in advance, you’ll want to budget at least 2 hours out of your day for the each donation. Wish they would be more considerate of their clients time.

Went in to donate my precious type O blood out of the kindness of my heart, not for the money of course. Unfortunately, Jennifer who was helping me was extremely rude and unprofessional…she started by saying that she couldn’t find my veins and suggested I do curl-ups but I’ve never had any issues with nurses finding my veins…I will not be coming back here to donate blood

would give 0 stars but it wont let me. I HATE this place! I have been brought to tears here on multiple occasions because of the incompetence of the workers not knowing how to properly stick a needle in someone or how to adjest it properly when theres an issue. Theres terrible customer service and rude workers. They have been understaffed (or they’re just ridiculously slow) for so long now which means no matter what day and what time you go, you’re going to be waiting for 20 min to get your finger poked, another 20 min to sit down, and 20 min to actually start donating. I have never had a good experience as this place puts me in the worst possible mood as soon as I enter the doors.

Bad experience every time going. They had an individual go back in because they was bleeding from her arm. Don’t go here, go somewhere else. Staff isn’t the kindest either. They should fully train people before letting them work alone as well.

I have very large veins that are easy to spot and feel. Somehow every other time I went here they messed it up. They put the need in vertically then taped it down, making my vein buldge through my skin, they put the needle in way too far and pierced through the vein, they would straight up miss, and more often than not someone who knew what they were doing would have to come by and fix the needle. They need much better training before they let people out on the floor.
