Great place! Been coming here for roughly 2 and a half years and never have had a problem with the people. Joyce and Angie are such good familiar faces now and always kind and welcoming and Kylie was super kind as well doing the finger pricking part. And people like Sam and Dawn are so nice and genuine and professional when doing the actual donation process. If you need good money this is the place to go!

The money is nice! I got there at 12:10 for my appointment, wasn’t even in a bed until 1:30 to actually donate! It took over two hours to complete the process. They need to either space out appointments more, or hire more people because waiting over two hours is ridiculous. Plus when I got to a spot the section just had two empty spots the entire time I was donating! When I left the line was so long they had to separate the line into a different area. Maybe that should be a clue that appointments are scheduled too close together…also If it’s going to be that long maybe you need to let us sit down!

Well they really need to have more staff, and mange the time and appointments better, there is always a huge line of people and a long wait, why have appointments if you just have to wait in a hour to 2 hours line? When you make an appointment you shouldn’t have to stand in line for a hour or longer it’s ridiculous! I’m going to a different place to donate

I have had a great experience with this Biolife location. Everyone has been so kind and fast! I don’t have all the time in the world so I appreciate the techs getting us through quickly and efficiently. I feel safe and they are attentive and aware when the machine beeps of possible alerts. I don’t have any complaints about any of the techs. I do have a few that have stuck out that have been extra helpful and friendly. I feel they care about me as a person. Henry and Chase thank you for your kindness and effort to make my visits a great experience! Jenna thanks for making me laugh. The managers have also been very quick to help when I needed a manual coupon. The nurses are very kind as well. I definitely recommend this location! Stacia is also awesome!

They give good compensation, but are terrible at managing the flow of clients. I’ve gone from having an average appointment take 60 minutes only 2 months ago, to now having it take 2+ hours. How does a company become this inefficient in such a short time? Probably staffing issues. The people are great, but management needs some help either communicating the problem and efforts to address it to us so we can see that they understand how valuable our time is, or just solve it. I’d be happy with either. We’re always in the dark and feel frustrated. Hopefully this will be resolved soon, but I have little hope.

I’ve been going to BioLife for close to two years now and they’ve always treated me really well! Lines can be long sometimes but that’s just the nature of donating plasma. The staff here always work hard to keep things flowing in a really upbeat way. When it comes to the stick of the needle, I’ve always been in great hands. Henry helped me out today and was great to work with, it was a super smooth process to get the needle in and start donating. On a personal note, definitely be sure to eat a good meal before you come. It’ll make a huge difference in the outcome of your experience. I’d recommend anyone come here if they’re thinking about donating!

All of the staff are friendly and helpful! I’ve had a great experience every single time I’ve been here. Every time I’ve needed to get blood drawn or an IV put in at the hospital they’ve had a hard time finding a vein, but at BioLife they’re able to find it quickly and have no issues. I also love how easy it is to schedule appointments in their app!

I have been coming to this location for years. The staff here is great, friendly, and easy to work with. Joyce is always so helpful and the first smiling face you see when you walk in. Hunter has always been one of the main people I have worked with as well, he is a good dude, very knowledgeable, and makes the donation process a piece of cake. I’ve been please with all the staff that works there and highly recommend BioLife Riverton.

The facility is clean and generally well staffed. The technicians do a great job and make the experience as best as it can be. Henry rocked my needle stick today and explained the process well to the new donor next to me and took great care of her. I miss some of the promos they had in the past and am glad when they offer any opportunity to earn a bit more money. I’ll continue to come to this location for the foreseeable future.

I have donated over several years. Many friendly and skilled employees. Joyce and Kylie helped me today. Super nice! Lines have been a lot shorter recently. Makes it much easier to fit donating in my schedule.
