This location has been great! All of the staff have been super kind, and they are very skilled at what they do. I rarely feel the needle poke when it goes in, and they are happy to help out with anything else you need. The facility is clean and comfortable as well. Sometimes the wait can feel a little long, but I feel like they do what they can to keep it going as quickly as they can. Shout out to Nick- he is very personable, works quickly, and shares his humor.

Allison did a great job! Stick was painless and she’s always friendly! I always enjoy talking to the staff. Wait time was great today. I was stuck slightly more than 20 minutes into my appointment time which is far better than the hours I’ve waited in the past. I highly recommend donating here!

Never let anyone poke you except James. The needles are huge when you donate. James made it feel like a tiny one. I’ve donated 3 times. Not one bruise. He’s the best. My husband went to grifols and he always had a bruise after donating. One time they collapsed his vein. So of course I was very nervous my first time donating. James has a really cool, calm and collected demeanor that puts you at ease. He’s freaking hilarious too. James deserves 10 stars out of 5. Very talented kid. Amazing at his job. The best.

This location is chronically very busy. I usually come in about 2 hours before I have to be at work to make sure that I have enough time to actually get the donation done before having to go to work.

I love this center. Honestly every time I come in I request Allison to poke me. She’s an angel. She’s got the lightest poke. I never feel it. Always suuuuch a great experience when I go in. I definitely suggest you request her!! If I could rate her more than 5 stars I definitely would!!

Would be a solid 5 stars if they cold just speed up the wait times. Employees are always knowledgeable and respectful and lots of good conversations. There are a few that have taken the time to care enough to remember who we are. Joe,Larissa Austin and Tanner to name a few. I will try and keep going for a long time if the times could be shortened.

Awesome staff and great pay. Whenever I have a problem or reaction, they are always right there to help. Very friendly and attentive. They also have frequent promotions to encourage donors.

Donated here a few times and never took longer than a hour – but this last time I waited for 2.5 hours to donate and never made it to the chair before I had to leave because I was getting really hungry and was worried that could make me too light headed during the donation. When I talk to the girl at the front desk to say I was leaving, she acted like I was stupid for not bringing a snack and said that they tell people to bring snacks on busy donation days. I’ve never been told I can bring a snack and how am I supposed to know when busy donation days are? Obviously understaffed which I understand makes donation times longer but if you’re understaffed then don’t schedule more people than you can handle then act like it’s our fault as donors

One of the most incompetent, facilities i have ever been to. If a facility cant handle schedualing dont let them put a needle in your arm. I showed up for my appointment 15 min early started filling out the questionair. 10 min into answering i was told, by staff, to go have a seat, so i exited the questionair, and sat down and waited for another 15 min. Finally they tell me because i exited the questionair, after being told to do so, they would have to reschedual. They canceled my appointment I showed up 15 min early for because i exited the questionair they told me to exit. Theres barley anyone in there. Dam joke. Dont waist others time just cause you werent smart enough to work outside of a donation facility.
