Employees are all well trained, processes are efficient and customer service is great. The facility is clean. Communication is consistent from one employee to another. It’s a great program. Donating is fairly easy and worth the money. However… this facility is so short staffed that you need to plan to be here 2+ hours for a regular donation and 4-5 hours for your physical. Definitely makes it more difficult to coordinate. Don’t ever think you can donate on a lunch break. This place is slow as snails!

The only reason I gave them a 4 is that I had to wait in this long line that curved around the waiting area for awhile (got there at 9:50 and finally got done at 11:39). Titan was great and there was another gal in Blue 2 today that was so kind. The facility is pretty clean and I always feel like the workers care!

Donating plasma is a good thing as it helps people. While there are lots of plasma donation facilities in Idaho, the BioLife location on Eagle road is the best. Friendly people who pride themselves on quality care. A simple poke that can change lives. It’s a lot of fun getting poked at BioLife in Boise. And if you can, I highly recommend getting poked by Michael (ahem), Mari, Raquel, or Anastasia. Lily is awesome, too. Go make a difference and donate plasma!
