The Ammon facility is awesome! Clean facility , and the staff is great. I’ve never had a bad experience. The phlebotomists are friendly/helpful, and are competent. The nurses, and vitals staff are great as well. I took a two year hiatus, and was very nervous as my past experience had a lot of ups and downs. This go around has been without a hitch. Shout out to Joy, Amber, Scott, Grace, and Heidi. Wonderful folks! I know there has been poor reviews based on crowds and hook-up/ disconnect times. I see the employees working hard to do their best with the situation. I feel those things just go with the territory, and I take them in stride.

Great staff they do their best but seem to be understaffed or the newer people don’t take the initiative to help seems lots are standing around with alarms going off and lots of disconnects going off. Used to be fast and efficient with old machines. Then new machines arrived seemed slow at first learning new machines which is definitely understandable but donation times didn’t decrease they seemed to increase. It takes an hour just to get to a bed which is too long. All around it is a great center, staff is polite and fun to be around.

Donating plasma is always a great way I’ve found to earn a little extra money and I’d recommend it to anyone. I would have to say, I’ve been a part of few different centers, and I have had a rough time with this one. There are a lot of great professional staff members that do their job well. All are kind, but some staff members I feel a little uneasy about them poking me. I’ve heard multiple cuss words from crew members and I’ve donated here maybe 8 or 9 times and have had 2 hematomas (which barred me from donating for 8 weeks both times) I’ll probably be looking for another place to donate
