I had never donated before I started going to Biolife. A friend of mine was diagnosed with terminal cancer and it was the only way I felt I could help. The staff at Biolife made me feel safe, taken care of, and cherished. Everyone I have encountered is very easy going and laid back. There is absolutely no discrimination in both their patients and their employees. I’m very impressed with this facility and the people who work here and will donate as often as I am able to for as long as I can.

The staff here are just phenomenal. Always greets us when we come in and usually by name. Usually (sometimes they are busy, but not too often) its really in, donate and out. Not too much of a wait at either beginning or end.

The ‘nurses’ here are rude unprofessional and unhelpful. They are condescending. They lack empathy and compassion. I’ve been trying to be able to donate for a long time and now having to bend over to go to a medical doctor that is not my doctor to sign some stupid pages. Makes no sense.

They’ve always gotten me in quick and I haven’t really had any issues aside from a few times I’ve been turned down for low iron. Recently I got a voicemail saying I had an abnormal protein test come back and to call with questions….I’ve called and left several messages and nobody calls back to answer anything. Don’t call and say that if you won’t call back, Biolife if Cheyenne 🙂

I have always enjoyed my experience at this facility. The staff is not only knowledgeable, but also kind and intentional. Each and every member of the staff I have had the pleasure to work with has remembered my name and asks about my family and life extending compassion beyond how my day was. EDIT: an assist manager i think she was, never had seen her before, training a new employee, shoved needle into my unusable arm and I immediately developed a hematoma! Also the pay scale is going down little by little every month even though they are under staffed, over booked, and it takes almost 3 hours from checkin to being done now instead of what used to be 90 minutes or so. NOT the staff’s fault, they are still professional but they are overwhelmed and the time it takes it is almost not worth it any longer
