I have been going to BioLife in Deptford NJ for almost a year now. I have had a great experience! Even when the lines are long everyone is nice and welcoming. Maxine is always there singing and talking in her British accent, making sure that each donors know how appreciated they are for donating. You truly walk out of there feeling good about yourself while making money doing it! It’s a win win!

After traveling around and visiting a bunch of their locations i got to admit that specially this one is the best. I had issues in all of them i have visited but in this one, staff is happy, knowledgeable, also the way its setup inside makes it fast and a good flow of how the donation process goes, they always seat you fast, might take a bit to get disconnected but nothing crazy, payment is ready as soon as you are walking thru the door, also its very important that place is clean, looks good and feels good. I love Deptford center and have been donating here for more than 6 months , thanks for Maxine also being nice with patients always delivering a smile and professionalism.(she knows some spanish)

I donate twice a week after work. After a long day, Maxine always knows how to put a smile on my face. Her bubbly cheerful energy is hard to beat. Not only is her personality amazing, but she is great at her job. She is attentive and caring; always checking to see how I am doing.

Great first timer experience. The facility was well maintained and clean. Staff was extremely professional and courteous. They will go through all your questions thoroughly before you commit. And the process was painless and quick. Just be sure to eat lots of protein based foods and hydrate!

This is a great plasma place! The staff is great always friendly. The managers Denise and David are superb and very helpful in easing any fears you may have. Make sure you ask for Maxine she does a wonderful job from beginning to the end of your visit and is one the best ones there!

Extremely disappointed in the service I received here. I have donated before and already completed my physical. I scheduled a 4:15pm appointment and came early.. only to be told I need to go home because I need to do another physical. The “physical” that they do isn’t much of anything and the app never requested me to do a physical again when I scheduled my appointment. I wasted an hour driving here and another hour driving back home. The staff didn’t care and told me to come back another day.. very upsetting and inconsiderate. I will not be coming back.

Came to BioLife for the first time as a donor on 9/15. I’ve donated plasma before, but first time at BioLife. My tech/phlebotomist, Maxine, made my experience here so much better and incredible. She was so funny, upbeat, and just the way she made everyone smile and laugh while she was talking to them. I cannot wait to come back and see her again.
