I used love donating here, but advertising a one hour donation time when you have to wait in line for over an hour to even get a chair is starting to get ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the many, far better run plasma centers in the Springs.

I’ve only donated 4 times thus far, but have had nothing but wonderful experiences. Most staff are incredibly friendly (and gentle), wait times are very little and the vibe is comfortable. I am terrified of needles, but have really found it to be well-organized and easy overall.

I have sign up to this place to donate plasma, I have been motivated to help my community in different ways even if it is donating plasma! So they tell me I need to schedule a physical witch is literally not possible on their website witch would be fine if you could call them and set everything up, but they NEVER answer the phone, and when you get a call back it will most likely be at 7 in the morning, every business I know starts calling at 8 in the morning! What in the world makes people think that 7 am is an appropriate time to call??

This is a very unprofessional establishment. Many times I have seen the manager walking around in a huff like a teen girl that didn’t get what he wanted and saying really rude things under his breath. Many of the new techs no nothing about sticking you with a needle. And this particular location, and possibly the entire corporation, is in your face supportive of LG**** lifestyle. Not EVERYONE supports this, and only a small (single digits) percentage do. Yet their announcement boards were full of it in your face. I was told too bad if you don’t agree. If you live that lifestyle keep it out of the workplace and stop pushing it on all who enter! Plenty of other plasma places in town that are professional organizations that are not discriminatory to those who don’t agree with the management’s lifestyle choice, as well as techs who are trained properly. I think this is directly connected to the management. Don’t let the sign on bonus fool you! It’s NOT worth it.

My pay wasn’t what it usually is my last 2 donations with no explanation on why. I tried to call several times no one is answering nor returning my calls. Communication is important so if the tech can’t find my Vein I need them to let me know what’s the next step I need to take. I live 30 minutes away from the center I can’t make that drive to just ask questions. Today August 20th on of the lead techs at the center helped me out with my concerns today. I’m not sure why it took me going up to the center to get this resolved.

Extremely disorganized and unprofessional operation, not always clean, staff is improperly trained and will give you conflicting information. Each time I visited, several people had adverse reactions while I was there. This inspires no confidence for my safety whatsoever. Absolutely not worth your time or risk to your health.

So the so called nurse with short blonde hair and a blue patch was very unprofessional. I got deferred and when I walked out I said very low that I hate that place. And she yelled out my personal business. That was very unprofessional. Now if I would have turned around and cursed her out it would have been som ish. Like be professional.
