DO NOT TRUST A SINGLE REVIEW from about 3 weeks ago and on. I will swear on a Bible that I came into this center and heard a Supervisor/Manager tell an employee to start giving out review cards to the plasma donor who they KNEW would give them good reviews, and if the plasma donor mentioned the employee’s name in the review they would get a reward. They are farming reviews because their reputation is so bad. Their real review score is 2.3-2.5 stars.

Really appreciate the kindness of most of the staff, especially Haven, Erica, Tasha, Cory, Ken, Rachel,Brittni, Lauren, Joleesa and Grayson! They are always pleasant to be around and willing to have a conversation! Only issue is that the times are taking longer and longer as they are challenged in keeping staff and keeping staffing numbers up so that the times to donate aren’t two hours or longer at semi-peak times.

Been donating here for years. It’s far better than any of the local competitors. Use of the app makes scheduling appointments and physicals super easy. I’m always greeted by name when I enter. The facility is clean and well-kept. It doesn’t feel like a production line like other places. The Wi-Fi is great for streaming. To have a successful donation, all you need to do is be hydrated and eat healthy ( no junk food). It’s easy money here.

The staff is always friendly and courteous. The center is newer and nicer than other plasma facilities in the area. The biggest downfall are the wait times; more often than not, even with having an appointment, expect to wait in line for an hour before getting a bed.

Dorte let me donate when I was I dummy and accidentally canceled my appt. She is wonderful not just this one time but every time I come in to donate Dorte is always friendly and Informative! Great employee! Chad is also amazing! Always working hard! Tj always makes sure the patient is okay! Jill always puts the needle in comfortably and works really hard! The young lady with the purple now fusia hair…I believe her name is Haley…she is always so sweet and always staying busy And lastly Jamie, I beleive she is a manager with red colored hair…she also works so hard and takes care of her donors. She really knows her stuff. Honestly everyone at Biolife is wonderful!

The people are always nice and professional. The stick was not painful. But it took longer than it should have for the number of people visiting at that time – an hour and 45 minutes.

The employees are wonderful as well as the service, they are knowledgable and well trained. My complaint is having to wait in line for over an hour to get a bed, this makes the process over two hours to complete. This is way too time-consuming for the compensation. There needs to be more employees to make it a faster process.

There is a sense of dread that we all experience when it comes to needles. Your Loveland phlebotomist, Jamie, quickly puts that feeling to rest with her confidence, efficiency and kindness. She deserves a raise! She is all-around awesome! A big shout out to her!!
