The staff here is absolutely amazing. I was a first time donor and my wait time for the physical was 3 hours long which was an hour long than quoted, however I didn’t really mind because I wasn’t in a hurry. The staff here is so wonderful, they are great at what they do and even though they may seem understaffed, they are very efficient and quick at what they do! On top of that they are very friendly. The building is very clean and organized. I look forward to my donations because the staff seems to remember me when I come in, and who doesn’t love that!

Staff is GREAT! So friendly, but they’re severely understaffed. You’d think that with their scheduling software they could see how many people were working and allow a certain amount of donations in that time. As with any business, there should only be allowed a certain number of clients per worker. They could also pay more for our plasma considering CEOs and such are making MILLIONS and we’re just your working class Americans trying to make ends meet. Staff should also be paid more.

On average, the staff is very nice and capable. Unfortunately this is a very large time commitment every time I donate. On average it is taking me about 3 hours from the beginning of my appointment time to the point in which I leave the building. It is frustrating when they expect people to stick with their scheduled appointment times, but while waiting in line during my last visit, I saw seven new donors all get pushed to the front of the line to make sure their first experience was a positive one. Sometimes I spend an hour waiting in line, (after my initial vitals check), only to be waiting in the chair for another 30 to 40 minutes before the technician actually puts a needle in my arm. On average, the actual time I am sitting in a chair with a needle in my arm for the donation is about 40 to 50 minutes. Once the promotional pay rate is completed, I do not plan to return.

Made an appointment just to be skipped in line by folks with an appointment time after mine. What’s the point of appointments if they’re not going to be followed

The wait is ridiculous. It’s been taking 2 1/2 – 3 hours to donate when it use to take just over an hour. Why are there open appointments online when there are literally 20-30 people in front of you in either one of two lines. One line to see if you can donate and one to get a chair. Half the time I have to wait 15 minutes additionally before and after I get a chair just to either get the needle inserted or have it removed and you can see several of the staff just chit chatting away.

When I started donating it was fast and easy. One and half hours tops on a busy day, now it could easily take up to 3 hours, even more. The associates seem unhappy and overwhelmed. Half the stations are empty but they schedule enough donors for a full house.

I am writing this from a bed an hour after my appointment time, still waiting to have the machine set up, let alone getting started. I just started coming back after a couple years and it’s clear that the facility is severely understaffed – as indicated by the other reviews I just finished reading. My time is more valuable than what they’re paying, especially once you take into account wait times. It’s ridiculous how the company has been responding with an identical rote message to every bad review regarding this issue for the past year or more, instead of actually fixing the problem.

Awesome location with caring staff. First day with the physical will take you a little longer than other donations so don’t let that deter you. Great way to make a little extra money and help others at the same time.

Updated: Recently came back after several years and this place is going downhill. I have donated the last several weeks and I don’t think any trip has been less than 2 hours. This company has complete control over scheduling patients and employees and I still wait an hour and a half sometimes to even see a bed.

The staff is nice but they take more appointments then they can handle. I waited over an hour just to get my finger poked and now waiting another 30 just to sit. It’s ridiculous and it shouldn’t be a day trip just trying to donate your plasma.
