Staff are friendly and location is set up in a great area. The low review is because they didn’t pay me for one donation and never followed up on a phone call. After my third donation the nurse called me to wait for my blood results. She said to hold off on future donations. At this time I already completed my third donation. She was supposed to call me back but never returned my phone call. I missed my bonus incentive and timeline because she refused to give me a call back. If these issues get resolved I might change my review.

The staff working here are professional and kind. For the most part they’ve been good at sticking me the first try as painlessly as possible and are attentive to when you seem uncomfortable during the process. My only complaint is I wish there were more of them. Sometimes you are waiting for 20 minutes to get stuck or have the needle taken out after completing the donation, which drastically increases the amount of time you are there, sometimes you are in the building for 2 hours for a normal donation. However, I’ve had overall good experiences here, it just takes longer than you’d expect.

Sometimes the line can get long, but they do their best to speed up the process and follow safety protocols where they can. The app was very helpful getting me ready for my first time at Biolife. When I arrived, everything went really smoothly. I was late for my appointment but they were still able to see me. The various steps to get set up do take some time — as they should. Every step is thorough and all information is communicated very clearly. All staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional — I felt like I was being cared for well. I look forward to returning as a regular donor.

The staff is always very friendly. Been donating for 3 years now, the payment scale is good. It can get busy on Tuesday/Thursday but they have a great system to help minimize the wait. They are very sterile. It’s great getting to know the employees.

The Aurora location is the only location I visit. Everyone from the nurses to the technicians have always been very pleasant. I’ve gone so much I’ve started to have favorites they always make the process easier. I tend to go in the early morning as to avoid longer lines. I’m always in and out fairly quickly. If I had to refer anyone to donate it would be at this location.
