Some of the people are really friendly and professional. The only complaints I have is they never answer their phone. They are slow getting you through the vitals line. They are a very clean center. Beth is awesome by the way. So is Dee, Tom, Frances, and Sarah. Love it here. Just wish I’d get a coupon lol. UPDATE : I still have yet to get an incentive to keep going. This isn’t fair

I have been donating since 2019 and the experience and professionalism continue to decline. If you are a new donor they make the process very quick for you, but after those first few donations you will be waiting for at least 2 plus hours.

I’ve been donating here on and off for years and have always been taken care of. The staff has been attentive to my needs and accommodating during any off day. I especially enjoyed today’s visit. I had my vitals done by Jazz and she had great social and value building skills. I felt taken care of and welcomed in her presence. Many of the employees here have the same attitude about them and it’s a huge part of why I keep coming back.
