They are nice in this location. Sometimes it gets crowded but most people that work there are nice. The only complaint I have is the parking lot has always trash, why people is so dirty? And the compensation for current donors, I took a week off donating and now I get 5 dollars less, there is no good promotions if you are a current donor , all the good promotions or coupons are always for new donors.

Always ask for the center or floor supervisor to get stuck with the needle. They are usually the only ones that can reliably hit a vein without digging around in your arm and either leaving you bruised or blowing your vein and having to go do it all over again on the other arm. Also, make sure you ask for management should anything on your donation stop before you have done your full donation or they turn the machine off. I have experienced and seen too many times that the techs have no idea what they are doing, they can’t explain anything to you properly or properly educate you on your options…. and then they either screw up and get you deferred for 8+ weeks. You want to speak to management to make sure that everything is done to get your blood back to you safely and without clotting and that they code anything that is not a full donation properly otherwise you find out, after the fact, that you cannot donate again for several months and that there is ZERO that they will do or can do about it as that is all hard coded by corporate, no exceptions… even when it is their mistake.

Honestly everyone I have spoken to has been nothing but kind. Recently had a reaction to the procedure based on something I took earlier in the day and everyone made me feel comfortable and safe. Everyone from the front desk lady, nurses/Dr, to people taking my vitals have been sweet and attentive always checking if I comfortable. It is busy sometimes so just make sure to make time for the wait. That’s something that’s sometimes out of their control. Just be kind and you’ll receive kindness in return. Thank you everyone!

Where to begin? Why bother making appointments if the management is not going to make sure to have the staff to meet the demand. The very few good employees they have they can’t keep. At the busiest times of the day they are not properly staffed. Most employees move like snails and will stop constantly to stand around and talk. They do not pay everyone the same. Many of the employees are of the lgbt++++++++++ community and will do things like leave you sitting with the needle in your arm. They will look at you and walk away. Worst part is no one cares to make an effort to improve. I will not be coming here any more even if it means less money going somewhere else. And the air always seems to be broken needing portable units.

This place seems to be really pack but ecerybody is moving around in different departments. As busy as it was, the place seems to be kept clean moves quickly. First timer were something comfortable and warm becuase it gets cold adter a while and 1sr visit takes longer (about 3 hrs) thwn (1hr) after next visit. Bring your ID, SSN….I had brought my phone bill for proof of address but they didnt ask for it. Nurse explianed the whole process when he/she doing a physical check up. Techs that set you up with machine handle with care but I wish that they would just assigned one of them to your station instead of multiples tech going to a station and going over thing and asking the same questions again that is unnecessary ( Thats why thwy got 4 stars). Total payout for this service of 8 sessions is $900 and you get paid partially every visit. For a smooth quick process, I recommend to drink plenty of water and avoid eating fatty/greasy food before going so your blood can be withdrawal quickly. I have donated here 3 times so far. Facility is very clean and they play great music. Medical staff is knowledgeable and helpful in navigating the process. This location is very busy. My first experience went well, but took 3 hours 2nd and 3rd time was much faster, about an hour and a half. The 1st time donor bonus is definitely a plus. I will be back and I have referred many friends and family members.

I had a very good experience at this location. One thing I REALLY appreciated was when waiting for the nurse to come talk to me ( I can’t remember her name, but she was there on Friday, 9/8 early in the a.m.), she came out of her office after being in there with another donor, and asked all of us sitting there who was next AND the reason we were waiting to see her. She saw 2 of us before the new donor, who was supposed to go next, because we each had issues that were only going to take a few minutes each. She knew the new donor information would take longer. That was nice!

The staff in the front is nice, but there needs to be a more efficient way of getting people to the donation area with the colored card system that lacks colored cards. Some of the techs at the back are very professional but most of the male workers tend to be very chatty with the other male workers and lack professionalism while using profanity. The process would go much faster without all the side conversations happening.

The clinic itself is nice and clean and I never have problems with the staff but godforbid you have to call them cause they will NEVER answer the phone. Been waiting on my lab results for over 3 weeks now. It’s ridiculous I have to drive to the facility to get results that they’re suppose to call/email to tell me. I’ve called 32 times in the past month and left 7 messages 2 emails and never received a call or email back. Still waiting on my results

I have been giving plasma here for the past month and have had a wonderful experience. Most of the appointments I am in and out in less than an hour and a half. It is really nice being able to schedule your visits through the app as it keeps wait time done to a minimum.
