This place is great. Ive been to alot of plasma places and this place has the best staff,very clean,hard working employees, and their set up is great and their always their for you and very caring. Also their communication is on point. This one guy Collen is an absolute Legend. Very efficient, helping in every way possible, understanding, sense of humor and hes always giving a helping hand with the whole staff. I saw this guy work 3 color zones at once while helping his staff and not missing a beat. Give this guy a raise and paid vacation already And he’s always on time and always goes out of his way to help everyone around him. A true role model and future CEO.

I’ve been coming here for almost 2 months now, the staff is extremely friendly. Hilda is the tech normally responsible for taking my vitals. She maintains a professional, yet personal relationship. She’s the first person I come in contact with which sets the stage for the rest of the appointment.

Have been donating since the day this center opened. The facility is always clean and the people they do have working are great. There just never seems to be enough people working late afternoon or evening. This results in long wait times for donors and can be frustrating.

Have only been twice but I’m so impressed with the facility and staff. Very knowledgeable and so friendly. First time to ever donate blood or plasma and I would definitely recommend this place. I have read some of the comments that complain about the wait but frankly, just don’t go if you don’t have the time. They tell you up front that the first visit is about 2-3 hours. They have to be thorough and I for one appreciate that!

This place is okay, but they don’t have any chairs for you to sit in. You literally have to stand in line and wait your turn. No matter how long it takes, you have to stand up and wait. They take forever to put you on and take you off the machine. I’ve never been to a center where the process is longer than the actual donation itself. You are supposed to be able to donate as soon as you get in the chair. It shouldn’t take 20 or 30 minutes after you are already sitting down. Donate here at your own risk.
