I been coming here for almost a year and there is seem to be always short of technicians. And please don’t take the wrong because they doing amazing job but some technicians need to stop talking to much to the donors and focus on other donors when they done wit their donation instead of taking their time having a full conversation. I am not saying don’t communicate it. Today my technician was Reese and she focus no just me but everyone in their line. That’s the professionalism will keep donors coming back and of course for our compensation of our time. Also I wish I can remember the names of some of the other technicians that work on the weekends. They are amazing

I’ve been coming here for 1 year already. I observe what employees are talking a lot, and joking among themselves. I guess there’s nothing wrong with that but they should pay More attention to their patients. It is very unprofessional at times.

Extremely understaffed. I waited 3 hours just to get stuck. What’s the point in having appointments if it’s going to take so long anyways. I’ve never had to have such a long wait like today. Usually you’re waiting a while but 3 hours?! And when you’re finally put on a bed there’s no system. Other people that got there after me got stuck before me. Jasmin in specific was just annoyed and you could tell. I understand they’re busy but they can’t be that busy if the employees are standing around and laughing and watching while people are waiting for hours to get stuck. Maeesha was phenomenal and quick once she got switched to the section I was in

If I could rate people individually I would but let me just say Reese is one of my favorite techs. She is always on top of everything and she is welcoming no matter how her day is going. She deserves the best in the world. She’s one of the only people I let stick me. #KeepReese I would give her 10 stars if I could.

I am a new donor, I understand that things take time but I have been sitting in this waiting room since 4:30. It is currently 6:34. No one has seen me yet, I still have to take vitals, the questions and donate. I understand that this place is busy and it is understaffed. But why make appointment times if you are unable to keep them?? I would have just walked in and took my chances if I had known it would have taken this long. There have been people coming in this waiting room after I have been sat for a while and they were called and I am still sitting here. What happened to first come first serve? Did they have appointments? Why does my appointment time mean nothing? I guess I’m just tired and a little frustrated that this donation is taking so long. Will update if I decide to come back…

Had an appointment last week to donate. Sat in the waiting room for 3 hrs. I said to hell with this and rescheduled for today as I didn’t plan to be there for 6 hrs. The lady in the front told me the verification process was already done and that I wouldn’t need to do anything else for rescheduling for this week. So I show up and they told me I needed to restart the whole process. I said f it and left. I have donated before in other places and it doesn’t take 6 hrs to do it nor do they ask for SSN, finger prints, the whole 9 yards. Absolutely ridiculous.
