Not sure what the deal is today but it seems so unorganized compared to every other time I donate. Been here over an hour and still haven’t gotten the needle in my arm or machine even set up. It’s a line of people and the workers seemed stressed. Definitely not coming back around this time. Usually I have a speedy donation process but today is not it!

Been going here for years. It’s clean and the staff will get you out quickly. Only negative comments. Rescheduling without a week in advance is a nightmare. Also recently I was deferred for 2 months. A new worker messed my arm up the same way in 2 visits, my second visit was on my birthday asked the new lady to not stick me and have anyone else stick me and she threw A fit. Of course she penetrated the vein again so I got deferred.

I can not give it any more stars because of the fact they overbook so badly!!!! I feel so sorry for the workers. Christie is one of the leads. I watch every time and she is working her butt off to keep the line from getting too long. It’s impossible to do. Why have people make appointments if you are letting 3-4 people book every 5 min?! That’s what it seems like. I understand we are being compensated, but when it takes 2 hours that’s just a little ridiculous. Hire more people or cut back on appointments.

The two stars are only because some of the staff are actually really nice and helpful. But there are a few that are rude and ugly when talking to ppl. Husband was just 10 min late, and they refused him. Smh. I tried to call and ask how long I needed to wait after surgery to donate, and was told they couldn’t give me the answer over the phone. Only to go in and be told by the nurse that with all surgeries, it has to be at least a week, depending on what kind of surgery. Wasted my time. They know ppl need the money, that’s why they treat folks any kind of way. (Update – I’m now giving this particular location one star. This time horrible customer service, and horrible staff!!)

This place runs alright lately the lines have been ridiculous long, your waiting more in line then what you take donating. So once you get to the chair you want to get connected and finish. Well they have a new clown on the floor named TOBY! I don’t know who’s idea it was to put him on the floor. He talks way too much and takes forever to connect and disconnect customers. And that’s because he’s lazy and always talking. He never sticks right. Please put him back in front.

Website and prep emails say info about tattoo policy and if the tattoo was gotten within a certain time period. Don’t pay attention to that. If you have sleeves or just one arm sleeved they will reject you. They will not go through the tattoo, no explanation. Doesn’t matter how old it is or if your veins are good. Just that they won’t draw. Wasted time with zero transparency.

This place continues to decline and treat people with respect. All these new people and the Tobey guy is still there mistreating people. Passing over people because of race! This will be my last weekend visiting here! I will do what ever I can to get the word out about this place. I will be going to Burleson city hall and talking to my local council man. We’re here donating to save lives while these people are picking and choosing who to do first and last. Ridiculous! Unprofessional!
