This center is great! The staff are always friendly and professional. Serena, Lex, Eric, are just a few of the employees that always make you feel welcome . The pay is good and I’m helping save lives. It’s a win -win situation. Also they are open on Sundays which is very convenient!

I’ve been to BioLife several times and it’s pretty much been very simple. Computer takes 2 min, line varies on time of day naturally, quick checkup then off to give plasma. Whole process usually takes me about an hour and the funds are there before I even walk out the door.

Horrible. I was screened through to one of their color zones to the chair ready to donate. I wasn’t acknowledged for 40 minutes. While the girl working played with her phone and laughed about how they had messed up the needle and donation process on two consecutive people. No apology was given for the wait. I spoke to a manager who would not compensate me for wasting my time. He said he would speak to the worker. Like that will happen.

Facility is brand new and so is nice and clean and well kept. Staff if friendly but busy! I have been here about 5x and every time they are either slow to stick me or slow to disconnect me and it is super annoying. I do not want to be in the donation seat any longer than i have to be.If they could have more people available and prioritize disconnects (as most other companies do) this would be a great place.

You’re better off going somewhere else. They have about 20 people standing around at all times and you will be there for hours. I came here the first time with my appointment scheduled at 4:15, I left at 6:30 at my own decision because I was waiting entirely too long. When I told the staff I was leaving they admitted that I had been forgotten about and gave me a $25 dollar voucher. When I’m come to donate again, my appointment is set at 2, I get there at 2:10 because I was running a few minutes behind, however I was still in the grace period. I waited 10 minutes for someone to check me in just to be told I was “outside the grace period” when it wasn’t even my fault I was checked in so late. I normally go to kedplasma and I can get in and out within an hour. The staff here sucks and the place is run poorly. There’s no reason I should have to set an appointment just to still be waiting to donate. Ridiculous.

It was my first time at this one and I loved it my appointment was at 3:15 and I left at 4:30 .. I usually go to the one on Hampton and that one sucks your there for HOURS and that’s not included in sitting to donate but this one was way better definitely coming here again

I’ve been to a lot of plasma donation facilities and this BioLife location has been my favorite thus far. The time from entry to being stuck is faster than other locations and I’m typically in and out within 75-90 minutes max. Eric did a great job taking my vitals today and was very professional. I’ll definitely be coming here regularly for the foreseeable future.
