A place where infection control is supposed to be a priority. Donors are asked to take and drop a ball as a way of managing time on the next available donation bed. When I said that I didn’t want to touch the ball the staff raised her voice at me. I went back and got the ball for her and left. I know her name. But never to go back there again There are other companies into plasma. Donating plasma is not about the compensation for me but a personal experience where I almost lost a loved who needed plasma to survive. Hence I decided to donate as often as I can. The rudeness of your staff today is the height of disrespect to my person and my health. How can the company permit such unhygienic practice of donors touching same ball without sanitizing the balls or their hands (spread of infection).

Everyone has been very kind, helpful, efficient, and intelligent. I’ve donated 4 times now and when it was my first time donating they were kind and had great customer service and explained everything to me step by step as to what was done and why it was done. Nobody has missed my veins ever and it’s been pain free every time! Everything is very organized, clean and sanitary.

I have been donating plasma for years and I’ve also had the pleasure of donating at BioLife in BA and OKC as well as this Tulsa location now. BioLife is by far the best plasma donation place you can go to. They are very clean and do their best at getting everyone taken care of and in and out as quickly as possible. That being said, as with any place they do have new employees that are still training and through no fault of my own I was deferred for 56 days because of an employee error there that caused me to not be able to get my blood back. Other than that I have nothing but good things to say about BioLife.

Everyone working there is always professional and nice. They know what they’re doing. The only thing I will say is prepare for at least 2 hours. Even though they take appointments, it will still take you more than 2 hours or more , there’s just no telling, which makes it difficult for people that work to plan, because you never know you could be there for over 3 hours. You will need to donate twice in one week to get the $120. There have been times when I was able to donate once but couldn’t wait the long lines for the second donation so I missed out. Bring a sweater, your phone charger and prepare to settle in and it will be a good experience!

Please be more specific about conditions that make you ineligible before the first appointment. Wasted 3 hours and spent the last of my gas money to get to an appointment and be told I could not donate. Was stranded for hours, could have been avoided with a more detailed list available before checking in.

They are way advanced and different then any other plasma center I’ve been too! Once I had all of my correct documents for me to become a new donor it became a smooth process. The sticking went well, friendly staff, and comfortable environment.
