Tasha was wonderful, she did a great job. All the other staff members were great, I would give it a 5 star but the wait was too long. Appointment was at 10:50am and two hours later I’m still here waiting . They definitely need more staff members

The entire staff from the time I entered the building to when I completed the process was nothing but friendly and professional, well informed.

BioLife advertises $700 in donor money your first month. What they don’t tell you is that you have to schedule your donation in advance using their app. They only accept walk in donations for your secone donation. Scheduling on the app is frustrating because there is very limited availability and rescheduling is a pain too because it won’t let you schedule a donation too close to an already scheduled one preventing you from knowing whether there is an available time when you’re looking for one. The scheduling in advance on the app is supposed to prevent long wait times on the center, yet here today it took over an hour to get on a machine.

Been going here for almost a year, they are always nice. But sometimes it takes longer to get in. They can be understaffed at times. Last time I was in there they blew my vein leaving a lot of bruising and pain. Nurse followed up once after I called and reported symptoms. Not sure if I am going back after due to amount of bruising.

I’ve shared a 5 star review around a year ago. Since then they can’t hire enough people and I can’t get an appointment for 3 weeks. I missed an appointment for a physical because of work. Now I can’t get a physical for 3 weeks. It’s ridiculous. I couldn’t get a physical after 4 so I had to try to get one for 10 am. It’s impossible to donate here and even when you get there it takes an hour longer than it did a year ago because the company is so behind on hiring. Disappointing. (Edited: I was able to barely get into donate the day after. After a lengthy physical and a failed stick of my arm I was there from 12:50-3:10. I had to work way later to finish my route. The staff is super nice and everyone tried really hard to get me out sooner. The failed stick was handled very well. I upgraded the star to 3 stars but the speed of the donations needs to be sooner. I still waited a long time after the physical. It’s too hard to make an appointment and be there for 3 hours. Also, I donate over 100 ml each cycle. So I donate faster than other people.

Do not come here. Your scheduled appointment does not matter. Every single donation takes 3 hours or more. There are 35 people in front of me waiting to donate. These people are not plugged in. There is a total of 6 visible staff members here. Who are all great but this location need more staff. The one star review is NOT the employees fault. It’s due to management/the owners not hiring enough people or for not paying enough to make people wanna work. This location is SEVERELY understaffed. I have been here for an hour and no one has pre screened me to donate even though I already filled out the questionnaire.

I went to BioLife for the first time and was nervous. I got my physical done by Jamey Nalezinek The nurse on duty. From the time I walked into the door Jamey made me feel so relaxed and comfortable and answered every question I had. She went through every single thing that what was to be expected and she kept checking on me throughout the process of giving plasma. Jamey is such a great asset to BioLife, she is very personable and definitely is a well educated nurse!

The staff at BioLife are wonderful. They have taken care of all my first donation fears and have walked me thru each step as needed. I like the fact that they will explain things to you no matter how many times they have to repeat it. Jamey is fantastic in calming fears and making everyone laugh during your process thank you BioLife staff -Julie

There was a line for donors to get to a bed, and Brandon took it upon himself to open another section to accommodate the influx of donors. He is always professional, kind, prompt, and has a great bedside manner. We’re in good hands when he is there!

It’s been okay so far, but scheduling is an absolute nightmare. Good luck getting two a week, they will not extend any promotions for you either, even if you are doing everything right and they’re the ones that aren’t available. Go to a different spot if you want to be able to donate regularly.
