This BioLife facility is the best for donors within a 100 mile radius. The staff are always welcoming and attentive. Cleanliness is practiced thoroughly here. The process takes under an hour from signing in to leaving when you come in the morning. BioLife will send you an email with varying payout prices for each donation after signing up.

Drive all the way there and they tell me I need to have something with my current address. I had called an hour prior explaining that I moved from out of state and what I need to do to donate here, probably would have been a good opportunity to tell me what I needed to bring. I’ll be using the other center instead.

With my line of work, I travel a lot. I found this clinic in Springfield, Missouri and took a chance and scheduled a donation with them. The clinic was amazing. From the check-in staff, to the technicians who were so caring to listen to my special requests to make my experience one of if not the best BioLife clinic I’ve ever visited. The clinic atmosphere wasn’t uptight and stuffy, but rather lighthearted and chill. Definitely recommended this clinic, and definitely will return myself.

What a joke! I have come back several times to be turned away. I have brought all of the necessary paperwork in and everything they have asked me to turn in and they still find a reason to turn me away. I am done trying to donate here this place is a joke and CSL is way better. And they treat you well. They know what medications I’m on and do not have a problem with it but for some reason biolife plasma does and it’s ridiculous that they will not accept me even though I’ve turned in my medication list as well as a doctor’s note. Needless to say I will not be back.

I do not recommend this location at all. GO TO THE ERIE LOCATION After bad sticks, no one fixing the issue, and after 80 uncomfortable minutes in the chair, I still got me without a donation. The customer service is terrible. They book way to many appointments and they have way too many new people to train. They can not take care of donors correctly. The only reason I give them two stars is cause it’s clean and they pay.

Vanessa gave me the best stick I’ve had so far. I couldn’t feel it from start to finish. Highly recommend her as your phlebotomist!

Biolife are very woke. Dont talk about Trump, God or loving your country or the radical woke college students that run the place will get you kicked out. Also this app crashes frequantly and the payment cards are easily hacked.

I’ve been coming here for a few years and am terrified of the thought of going to another center, lol. Isy and Austin are some of my favorite people here because they are just so funny and considerate, but everyone is so kind and thoughtful! You can tell they really care about us donors and I’m grateful to get to help people by coming !

This place is great, although I suspect they are a front for a Chinese spy operation.

Most of the staff was friendly. The nurse was hateful. Asking me question that’s not even related to donating. Making comments about me to others. I left there and went to CSL. Much more pleasant atmosphere there.
