Turned away twice now for my heart rate and both times refused to tell me or show me what my heart rate was. My appointments were at 7 and i noticed not alot of people were there and the other two girls trying to donate were deferred also for “heart rate”. I’m thinking they were just ready to go home. Very frustrating

I’ve been 3 times now, and everything was great and effortless. My only issue is 1 particular employee who was EXTREMELY rude and just hateful to be honest. I had her the past 2 times, and although I don’t really care or pay attention to rude/hateful people, I don’t appreciate the person who’s putting a decent size needle in my vein to be rude! It’s to the point where I am changing the time I go, hoping she isn’t there. I would be surprised if more people haven’t complained about her. She’s very short and rude with donors and her co workers. Just not the ideal situation to be dealing with a person with her demeanor.

The staff overall are very friendly and professional. As with anything in life there might be a couple that seem not as courtious but that is anywhere u go. There has been a few times I’ve waited in line but that was because of the volume of people. I have never seen workers just flat being lazy making it take longer. The Truth is our society expects everything to go how they expect it to Just saying I’ve donated in Savannah Georgia and Joplin and I can honestly say Joplin is a great facility with even better staff.

This place is a total joke. Never ever again would I walk into that place. You tell them the truth they don’t put it in the computer then when you go back the second time they call you a liar basically because they didn’t do their damn job.

The nurse at the counter was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessionals. On top of that they kicked my ride out to wait in 100 degree weather, they claimed it was for covid purposes but they dont require masks or have any other safeguards in place for covid. I will go out of my way to not go back to that facility.

The staff is awesome, Great attitudes, Every now and then it seems they get overwhelmed when getting a little busy, but I think they handle it very well, Love donating to help the lives of others..

I’ve tried to donate 4 times, every single time I have been rejected for a different reason. I’ve spent a total of $85 on different supplements and foods that they told me that I should eat and they still haven’t let me donate.
