The staff here is great and friendly. The majority of them hustle. But they have started this new thing… first time donors have always gotten to go to the front of the line (and aim fine with that) but my last two visits this week they are leaving beds open because”new donors are coming.” I stood at the front of the line for almost 30m WAITING FOR A OPEN SEAT when they had 3 open beds in the sections they were using. Adding 30min to my visit because someone is “coming and not there” is ridiculous. What about us donors that keep coming back? I would be half done w my 833 in that 30m. When this promo is over I don’t think I’ll be back if this continues. I’ve been sitting 10m now already and still not started.

Simple & easy – very clean environment & great staff. Wait times can be ridiculously long. Would be pretty nice if they offered promos for people that donate regularly/semi-regularly vs. only new donors. Doesn’t make sense. I’d leave 3.25 stars so I’ll round up.

BioLife in St Peters had some of the best staff! Tammy and Ian were great today… working together to make sure everyone was taken care of without having to wait. I observed Ian today and he is so good with all the patients …. Greeting them when they come to his section and you can just tell he loves his job. His work ethic is superb! Great job, Ian

I have been donating for a year now. All of the staff are very friendly & caring. Some days we have to wait longer than others for a donation bed, but it pays to be kind & patient. Everyone is working very hard to accommodate those donating.

The wait times have gotten significantly better since I started quite a while ago. What is disappointing is that they get you with with a great offer, but then it’s like they don’t care anymore about retaining you. You go from $850 in a month to $400 max a month.

They are beyond short staffed. They only open 3 or 4 stations, but still book appointments for all the beds. My last 4 donations have had wait times to get to a bed of 1 to 2 hours past my appointment time. And it’s still taking 20 minutes for them to actually get the donation started once I reach a bed. Unless you have at least 3 hours minimum to spend here each donation, it’s not worth your time! It won’t take 3 hours every time, but it has more often than not since August.

Everyone at this donation center is incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish. The facility is immaculately clean. The quality of care throughout my experience was excellent. I was asked often, “How are you doing?… Are you doing ok!” And I have to add, Ian was my nurse (I’m not sure what the exact name for this position is.) He was nothing short of wonderful. He thoroughly and thoughtfully explained the entire procedure since this was my first donation. He answered my questions. He kept a very close eye on me and my “machine.” I mean, Ian’s fantastic attitude, work ethic and pride in his work just oozed out of every pore. He looked genuinely happy! You’re lucky to have him. Anyway, I felt very safe. The entire procedure was straightforward. I do not like needles and blood but this was not a big deal. For me personally, it was a great experience and the signs around the facility let me read more as to why plasma is so important. Thank you! And especially thank you, Ian!!

I donated here for years. The staff was always hit or miss. I didn’t go for a while after getting a tattoo. This place treated me AWFUL when I came back! I was permanently deferred because I didn’t know when I got my tattoo. She didn’t want to give me time to look and shoved me out the door. Didn’t tell me I had 24 hours to dispute and figure out the exact date. I obv won’t be going there again but I also will never recommend them to anyone

Went for the first time tonight and everyone was so amazing! I went to the Ofallon MO location off Mexico rd. I did get lightheaded and blurry vision due to being ran too fast and not eating within three hours of my donation. Hannah and Mikayla did an AMAZING job with helping me and were so FAST with helping me! Will be going back 🙂
