Why would it let me schedule an appointment if I’m overdue for a physical? I schedule my appointments based on my work schedule and my personal life. So yes, if I knew I needed a physical I would’ve scheduled something earlier. It did not ask me to schedule a physical until September 10 which I did. It was a waste of time for me to come all the way over here and not be able to donate. $25 wasn’t going to fix the problem specially, when I had a promotion code applied that offered me twice as much. Don’t get me wrong, the staff is wonderful i’ve been coming here for a while and it’s been the same staff ever since I started donating never had an issue till now, it’s just the simple fact that my time was wasted.

It was my first time donating, as well as my first time at this location. I was completely impressed by how friendly and welcoming staff is. Not just at the beginning but throughout my entire visit. And big shoutout to nurse Jennifer for being so kind and taking her time to make sure I understand the entire process. When it came down to the actual donation I was taken care of by Janet who by the was was fantastic!! She walked me through as she was starting, and made sure she made it as painless as possible. I will definitely be recommending this location to all friends and family.

After going for my first donation, including physical, I would definitely recommend the process. While it was a long process, every employee kept it moving with a smile and an answer to any question— bonus, There was minimal time where I was just idly waiting. The app is user friendly. The first time donor pay is helpful and it is making a difference!

Staff friendly and very understanding! Tuesday is a busy day I don’t recommend you come that day being there closed Monday. I would say the appointment thing is a little off because if they are busy u have to wait… I would recommend this place to anyone!

Awesome facility! The staff goes above and beyond to make donating quick and easy. They are professional, kind, efficient, courteous, and friendly. Had a great experience as a first time donor! Staff was wonderful! Everyone was very welcoming and kind. I felt very cared for in this experience. Donating plasma can be daunting. However, the process was easy and thorough. Be sure to give yourself a few hours here on your first appointment.

Discrepancy with my payment do not doante here. Differenr balances everyday I even went to negative when I didnt spend a dime. I called the center and no one was able to help me. Would love to donate but would also like to receive my payment. Nothing but hassle all morning calling the card company and bio life center, very disappointing.
