The staff is very friendly. They try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. I’m glad they finally started a reward system for repeat donors. I just wish they would be more consistent with their payment amounts. It changes every couple of weeks.

My experience donating plasma has been great. I have no complaints. The staff is professional, exceptionally friendly and very consistent in their processes. My only suggestion is that when it is time for an annual physical, it would be helpful if your office would provide an email or some type of correspondence that explains the items that I need to have on file whether it be physician letters, etc to make the process smoother. I have missed out on three weeks of donations due to the fact that there were tasks I needed to have done prior to my physical that I was unaware of.

I have donated 8 times now and have had a great experience every time! Each of the staff members is very friendly and comforting. I would have given 5 stars but a lot of times there is quite a bit of a wait time. I am sure it is due to being short staffed, so no fault of the workers.

they were quick in the beginning with setting me up for my questionnaire and blood test, but i’ve been waiting an hour and a half for my physical and i haven’t even been called yet. nice staff but absolutely ridiculous on their speed.

Ridiculous. Waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment at the Addison location. It’s obvious they set appointments for several people at the same scheduled time. I was just going to start donating as a service to needy people. They know many donors are desperate for cash and they take advantage of these people. Others had been waiting for 3+ hours. When I presented myself to the desk person at my scheduled appointment time she said, “We are running a little behind, can you wait?” I asked, “How long?” She said, “Maybe 15-20 minutes.” This is a for-profit-criminal organization that abuses people’s desperation for money and their time. Had my physical. Pulse rate was higher than the window allowed. Never in 60 years has my pulse been this high. Another person at the desk said, “You can wait to see a nurse.” More waiting. What a joke of an organization. Won’t be back.

The management here was extremely helpful especially Mrs. Erica she went above and beyond to make my first donor appointment fast and smooth. The staff had great manners and the wait time wasn’t a problem with an appointment. Overall this is a great center if you are thinking of donating plasma!
