It was alright the first few visits. Very honest and polite staff, but some Definitely seem like they’re just there because they have to be. Definitely a stink of “I’m too good for this” with multiple people, had one yank the needle out and it hurt pretty bad and ached more for a few days. Another time the machine was making an alert and instead of helping or checking it 4 or 5 other just stood in another section having a conversation while the girl covering my section had her hands full.

The employees are always awesome (professional , knowledgeable, and caring ). Today Amelia, Nathan, and Annie helped me (10/10). The only negative aspect of the center is the cell service is really bad, and the wifi seems like it’s out of 1990’s. Definitely would recommend bringing a book or offline entertainment.

The staff at BioLife is so friendly and nice, they even greet me by name when I come in! It’s a great way to make extra money. Today I had Jeorganne hook me up, she is awesome!

I have been donating for around 6 months at the Missoula location. All the staff have been very friendly & knowledgeable. All my payments have been according the the promotions I have in the app. The facility has been clean when I’ve been there. Josh is always extremely upbeat and helpful.

I have been going here for a few years now. Everyone is very nice and I can’t say I’ve had a bad experience. They do their best to get you in and out as quickly as is safely possible. The money helps out our family (on a teacher salary extra cash is always welcome) and the fact that it helps others is a nice bonus.

Donating plasma is super easy. Make an appointment, show up and do the questionnaire that only takes a couple minutes, same with taking your blood pressure. Then about an hour or so later I’m leaving. It’s super simple and fast. Jeorganne took my blood pressure at the front, she was super nice as well as Braedee, she was the one who put the needle in and what not. Everyone there is caring and professional. If you don’t mind the feeling of donating blood go do it!

This is a terrible place to donate, definitely do not recommend going here. The staff is rude and have poor communication. I would go so far as to say they are racist because they are always looking for reasons to keep me from donating. I love helping out my community but it’s not worth dealing with the people who work here. The facility in Great Falls has a much friendlier staff and I enjoyed donating there. Personally I wish I had never stepped foot in the Missoula Biolife and I hope my warning will help others avoid the mistake I made.

Do not by any means donate at this facility. They will try every way to not pay you what you are owed. First, I had a bonus coupon that was supposed to be an additional payout on top of the regular one, but after donating and seeing that I was paid less than the standard donation amount, I reached out to them and they told me that since I had the coupon they only had to pay that amount and not that and the regular payout (meaning I got paid less than if I didn’t have the coupon).

This place has the best people working for them. Every worker that’s come and gone has been friendly and helpful. This truly reflects on the training and management at this Biolife. A few of the workers that you’ll run into that will make you feel at home are but not limited to; Bradee, Nathan, Dylan, Jeorganne, Makaiya, Chelsea, Josh, Annie, Annaliese, Spencer, Mark, Danny, and I’m sure I’m forgetting a bunch. I hope the company rewards these individuals for their hard work and professionalism, they deserve it! Also the new alcohol swabs are so much better than the iodine.

I’ve been donating at the Missoula Biolife going on 3 years now. This facility is very clean and has a wonderful staff. I have seen the up and down struggles of staffing issues in the facility, the sometimes long wait times, etc…it’s not the staffs fault! The staff doesn’t control what’s qualifying and disqualifying to donate, the medical organization does. As donors we are choosing to give our time, and for that we get compensated. I’ve been differed for my pulse being too high or bruising, I had a surgery and was differed for 6 months.. this is normal practice. Biolife is a medical facility that has to follow these rules, the staff doesn’t make them, the medical organization does to ensure your safety. If you’re looking to get a little extra cash and help those in need at the same time, I highly recommend Missoula’s Biolife. Over the years I have gotten to know a few employees and would like to give a special shout out to Braedee, Dillon, Kalea, Georgiana, Ken, Nathan, Madison and of course, Josh!
