I got a weird short term reaction on the arm I donated from. I have donated at the Billings Mt location various times and never once at a reaction. First time coming to Great Falls location. I will go back but if I have another side affect from this next donation I will not be coming back. I have heard from 2 people that they have had bad side effects after donating from this clinic too.

I always have a great experience when I come in to donate plasma, and the compensation is pretty great, too. Everyone seems to know exactly how to perform their jobs well, and if any time they aren’t sure of something, they take the time to get the correct information in order to do things the right way. Another thing that is very apparent is that they enjoy their jobs, and that gives me confidence in coming back the next time.

I went to Biolife yesterday for a Physical so I can start donating again. Cinnamon, the nurse who did my physical was great! She made me feel welcome and comfortable. I was not nervous at all! She asked me how my day was going and really had an actual conversation with me. I feel that she made the entire process more smooth compared to my previous experiences during a physical. And when I asked her why certain things were done, like checking my eyes, she explained why. Bonus for her going out of her way to explain the why’s and make me feel comfortable.

Wow, just wow!!! I don’t usually have a great experience donating plasma at other centers; In Great Falls they do it right though! I think the staff is largely due to that, specifically Danni, Mike, Alyssa. (MIKE AND ALYSSA WORK SO WELL TOGETHER I LIKE TO CALL THEM TEAM MALYSSA ). They make a sometimes rather unfun process enjoyable. Staff is knowledgeable, competent and greeting i would highly recommend 5 star ⭐️
