I have been donating at the Grand Forks location since January of this year. I have never had a bad experience. I adore all of the staff. Everyone is welcoming and ready for my joking ways. Wait times fluctuate now that the college kids are back but the wait isn’t bad, in my opinion. I actually think of my time at Biolife my quiet time. It’s nice walking into the center and hearing “Hi Jennifer” from across the room. Keep up the awesome work Grand Forks team. Y’all rock!

The staff at BIOLIFE is always welcoming, friendly and attentive. I’ve been donating here for the last month and have yet to have a less than pleasant experience. Waiting times are usually short. The facility is always kept clean. From my perspective, I’m not sure how they could improve the customer/patient experience. Courtney and Dave have been especially kind and hospitable.

First time donating plasma, and I had the most wonderful experience at the Grand Forks, North Dakota BioLife. Who knew making money could be so easy. Courtney.Hailee Caitlyn and Jana were so welcoming and full of smiles and information. Thank you so much ladies! You are the prime example of customer service!!!

I hate to say it, but nothing has changed at this center. Checked in at 4:12 for a 4:15 appointment. Got to a section at 4:21 that had 5 people in it already and only one of them had been stuck. The phleb that was there said, you can ask questions to whomever will be in your section, then left. Sitting here for 15 minutes now and still no phleb in the section. Overheard other phlebs talking about how much of a mess it was, but did nothing to fix it. Common denominator, Jana. Heard her name several times as she always seem to micromanage everything, cause a mess of it, and frustrate everyone. Looking around at other sections, every phleb is struggling to keep up. I’m sorry, but when it’s busy like this, it should be ALL HANDS ON DECK, regardless of anything else going on. This is seldom their fault. It is always like this though! It’s also rather interesting when a phleb comes to the section, sticks one person, who they’re obviously friends with, and then leaves. This place cracks me up. Finally started my donation at 4:56. It shouldn’t take nearly 45 minutes from checking in to starting the donation. Something needs to be fixed, please!

I don’t understand why BIolife has such a low review score. I came here many years ago and had an easy experience. I returned last week and still had a very nice experience with everyone. Very different than what the reviews were saying.

There are fees, showed up on their app for a fee change. If you don’t use your card for a couple months they do a fee for the remaining balance on your card. I asked about it when I went in and no one at BioLife knew why and suggested calling the number on the back of the card. I called the number on the back and they said they showed no fee on the date that their app showed a fee. Keep your balance as low as possible because if you don’t use it, you loose it!

Place is an absolute gong show, terribly managed. After going to the bio life in Fargo and West Fargo it is night and day. You will spend an hour there before you are even stuck. Embarrassing

first thing the staff member said was “no one under 18 is allowed” pretty bold statement coming from a facility claiming to be family friendly, even if their playrooms “closed due to covid”

Biolife Plasma denied us donating calling us transients because we traveled for work. Horrible experience. Very unprofessional and lazy staff

Overall, the process works real well every time and the staff is very friendly. There is only one issue, scheduling a time almost never means you’re going to start your donation process at that time. Saying this I believe there is a problem with the app scheduling because I’ve had times where I come in and the line is going all the way out to the door. If anyone that manages this location would like some advice I would recommend that there should be a better sense of capacity when allowing people to schedule for a time that works for them. Nobody like to sit around in a line for 30-60 minutes.
