Wait times have gotten MUCH better. Go early in the morning for the fastest experience. I always end up needing a buddy stick because the newbies usually have a ton of issues finding my veins or they overshoot it, miss it, etc. I do have scars from them moving the needle so much inside my arm. Other than that it’s clean, staff are friendly, and the money is good WHEN there are coupons. New donors and return donors make the most. I did find it odd recently they added photos to mirrors and on the machines asking for only 9-10 star reviews?

Honestly I can’t remember when I had a bad experience. The staff is short staffed at times sure. But I’m not going to complain about a very small wait time for an extra 120 dollars a week I didn’t have before when it only takes 2 hours of my time. The staff has always been kind and helpful when it comes to new meds or alternatives I can take to still donate. Thanks so much you guys. Keep up the awesome work.

4 donations and 2 hematomas, then they disqualify me for a month since their phlembotomists can’t stick a need correctly. I’ve donated 60+ times at talecris with zero hematomas.

I had an appointment for 7pm, the only time I could get in today. When I showed up at 7, I walked in the door as someone was walking out and as I started doing my questionnaire, the staff told me that they were closed, the doors were locked and I shouldn’t have been able to get in. Disappointing that they missed out on a donation that I was there for at my scheduled time, just was not early for.
