This is the best place in town to donate plasma! The wait time varies but they do the best they can to get you in and out. I can only say good things about the ENTIRE staff but especially Brandi and Zac. Very professional and friendly. Nice routine place to make extra cash and help someone in need.

Staff is normally friendly. Draw backs are the amount of staff on hand at any given time. Long wait times to get started and way too many new people that I am not comfortable doing my stick.

Shaina was awesome at checkin, friendly, quick and social. Everyone here has been great! Brandi did my stick and it went well, she is communicative and always smiling!

I recently visited here to donate and had to wait over 40 minutes in the chair before being helped while the employees aimlessly wandered around. I was looked at several times by those working in the section I was in but they continued setting up empty chairs rather than getting my donation started. They were not busy and had plenty of people on staff.

Most of the time… this place is awesome. Great staff, great wait times. However, any time I come in the afternoon to donate plasma, I always end up waiting in line for over an hour. (The line has wrapped around reception and almost at the front door) This is ridiculous. Prioritize your current donors to prevent them from leaving. Reduce the number of appointments so you can meet our quoted time.

First donation at this location today after being treated atrociously at the south Fargo location. The entire staff was nice and cheerful as the usual for these types of facilities. It’s a nicer facility than what I was used to and appreciated the clean positive environment. Very well staffed location or at least well managed it would seem as it went by smooth as it’s supposed to almost every time at these places. 5 stars if it stays like this. Go check out my review on the south Fargo location if you ever think of switching locations.

I have been donating at BioLife on and off for 9 years, and the wait times have never been worse. They are severely understaffed yet do nothing about the number of appointments they take. There have been multiple times that I am standing in a line of 20 people, yet there is just one staff member poking fingers. Then after all that, often you have to wait in line again to get to a bed. Then when you get to the bed, you wait another 15 or 20 minutes for someone to stick you. It is ridiculous. Don’t come here expecting it to be the 45 min or hour process that it used to, plan for 2 hrs or more. Please, BioLife, do something about the number of appointments you are taking. I would rather be told I cannot go, then wait in line this long. You are about to lose a long time loyal donor if nothing changes.

The only reason I give it 3 stars is because of a couple employees most of the staff is great and efficient at what they do like Millie, Ivy, Julian and Maddie if I remember their names correctly. Don’t get me wrong most of the staff is this way but then you have Rhonda who might be the slowest person I have ever seen it takes her on average the same time other techs get through 2 peoples vitals for her to do 1 persons. Also Chelsea can’t multitask at all I’ve had other reps up front on the phone able to take 6 peoples temp while being on the phone she has to finish a full 20 min phone call before she can even think about taking a temp overall it’s a pretty great place I wish I remembered more techs names to give them the credit they deserve

Turnover is high so you won’t get the same phlebotomist often. The staff is often very busy but manage to be polite, courteous and personable. I just wish the patrons behaved the same.
