Should have read the reviews before coming here. Like everyone says – long lines getting in, not as many kiosks as the other two FM sites and poor layout. Wait to get in, wait in the chair and then had issues with them poking around and not being able to finish because it clotted in the tube.

The staff here are great. They are very kind, funny, skilled, and you can tell that they like their jobs. There are usually no lines, but I have experienced a short wait after checking in on occasion. Typically, I spend 75-90 minutes in the building. It’s a great way to make some extra cash while being forced to have an hour to yourself to read, listen to music, watch videos, etc.

I’ve traveled around to many states and donated plasma plenty of times over the last 10 years. This center is by far the worst plasma center I’ve ever been to. The staff are under trained and rude. They missed my vein countless times and when I finally brought up my complaints with the center staff they deferred me from the center. They’ve only caused me pain and short changed me out of a lot of money. Avoid coming to this center, go elsewhere to donate plasma

Great staff. However they schedule way too many donors. Be prepared to spend 30-60 minutes just waiting to get started. This is unacceptable considering discontinuing donating due to wait times. You should also extend your hours back to what they used to be. How was further.compressing the donor schedule beneficial to anyone?

There is always a wait. I don’t understand why they won’t just take fewer appointments during peak hours. It inconveniences doners and causes phlebotomist’s to rush and risk doing something incorrectly. The staff remains professional and must be given leniency as it’s not their fault.

Staff are friendly and attentive. As with everywhere, patience may be needed sometimes for waits, but staff are doing everything they can to speed up the process safely. Staff members remember frequent donors and are always pleasant.

Be aware that this may be a 2 hour process with Covid protocols in place. From the time I walked in the door it took 40 minutes until I was in my donation chair. Another 20 until the tech got my station even set up.
