I have had a lot of trouble to be able to donate due to documentation mistakes made over 10 years ago. A lot of time wasted and frustrations. I left a review here about my tattoo issues and they reevaluated my case and got me reinstated. The staff at the Waite park location have been very supportive and understanding to my frustrations and worked with me to get everything going again. I’m grateful to be able to do this again.

Thank you Anna and Selena your friendly banter back and forth make it always interesting to say the least. The staff is for sure the reason I come here. They are all great ppl to deal with. Interesting experience. I was referred here so it was my first time. Showed up on time, then waited :30. Ok, then after the :10 info gathering I was taken to another room only to shuttled to another waiting area to be checked by a nurse because my faint eczema, which was barely visible and long over, might pose a problem. More waiting. Here I sit for another :45 waiting for an exam, only to have them immediately say my faint and very much in remission eczema posed a problem and I will not be able to donate. One of the nurses swore under her breath while I was there, very unprofessional, and two people waiting less time than me were called in before me. They could have just told me right away that the eczema would be an issue. Instead, I had to wait an hour and a half just to be told no donation. Don’t expect to be treated like a customer here, you are their product. They also seem to overbook appointments, people in and out constantly with the staff looking very rushed and hurried.

Everyone is very friendly. The donation process is very easy. They have free wi-fi. Staff checks on you throughout the donation process to make sure you are feeling okay and things are going well. I was able to watch the whole series of Breaking Bad (1 episode every donation) on Netflix.

I have nothing but GOOD things to say about the Waite Park Bio Life. They are very professional, efficient along with being courteous each time I donate, which is weekly. The center is also very clean and organized inside and out. I would highly recommend the Waite Park location. Awesome staff!!

I started going to biolife for the extra money, but after donating for a few months, it makes me feel good to donate. Honestly, I would donate plasma at the Waite Park Biolife even if it was free. The employees at the Waite Park location are always polite and professional, they make donating fun. Plus they have this app that has fun little promotion trackers where you can see what you’re getting paid for donating each visit. I would compliment some of the employees, but I’m sure I would run out of room before I was done. Every employee at this location needs a gold star and a pat on the back. Keep up the good work! Thank you for always trying your best and looking out for your guests.

I have been donating at this location for about eight years.. I highly recommend the great staff, who have turned into nearly family members to me… With my roughly 650 donations, I have never had a single issue with a staff member… Saving lives and making some pretty nice (tax-free) dollars, used for my vacation funds, seems so easy/awesome to me… The only question I have to the general public is: What are you waiting for?? 🙂
